Was clean
Not a variety’s of breakfast.
They were out of pancake batter, Bread, beagles, and the waffle batter was as thin as water and wouldn’t cook
This was the perfect stop during our road trip. We were looking for a comfortable place to rest before getting back on the road, and this hotel checked all the boxes. Parking was easy, the room was clean, and everything was ready when we arrived. We slept well, enjoyed the hot breakfast in the morning, and were back on the highway feeling refreshed. I'd definitely keep this place in mind for future road trips through McAlester.
Location was really good, near the highway and restaurants.
The air conditioning was broken so it was quite hot in the room.

The lady at desk was very helpful ,.
No elevator to 3rd floor,
Toilet wasnt bolted down ,and kept tipping when in use..
Staff was friendly and beds were comfortable
There was an awful smell of old food and throw up all on the second floor. When we got in our room the trash had not been dumped and it looked like there was blood splattered in the bath. The staff was nice and moved rooms but it just felt gross.

Laminate flooring in the hallway made the noise during the night a little much.

While staying there I found a cockroach in the bathroom. I was in room 321. When I notified the staff of this issue they stated “thank you for letting us know, that helps the cleaning staff.” They did not even offer a refund. After a long day of traveling I wanted a place to relax and rest my head. But after seeing that I could not sleep. I did not even eat the breakfast there because I was so grossed out. I do not recommend this place, despite the good reviews on here and on Google.
The bed was comfortable and the breakfast provided was nice.
Our room needed help. The hairdryer had been removed and not replaced. There was no seating in the handicap shower. Just handrails and that didn't work for me. I needed something to sit on. We couldn't get any TV. A notice came on the screen saying the service had expired. Plus there was no phone in the room to contact the front desk to ask questions about the TV situation. I would never recommend this place and we would never stay here again. I did complain to the front desk when checking out. She just added it to a list she already had going for complaints.

Staff was nice and worked through some issues I had in the booking
Didn't bother to even get breakfast
First the frig didn't work as it had froze up. The second room the gal gave us the tv was unhooked and also said that the subscription had expired for Direct Tv. I called the reservation Booking.com and once they knew I was requesting a discount for the room finally she reached another employee who had to come fix the TV problem which he said there was an ongoing issue. Again very poor management!!(
All this is on the manager who the gal at the front desk who checked us in could not get ahold of by phone. The property is in very poor condition and needs some serious repairs.
We would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Sorry.
