Pros:

Restlos begeistert. Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön eingerichtet und hat alles, was man braucht. Der Pool war tatsächlich oft das Highlight der Kinder. Valeria und das ganze Team waren super freundlich, zuvorkommend und sehr hilfsbereit. Auch um kleine Problematiken wurde sich sofort gekümmert. Da wir in der Nebensaison vor Ort waren, sind keine Busse gefahren, aber Valeria hat uns sofort einen sehr zuverlässigen Kontakt von einem Fahrer weitergeleitet, der uns am Folgetag nach Lecce gefahren hat. Wirklich ausgezeichnet!
P.S.: Man läuft nur über die Strasse und befindet sich schon am Meer. Die Umgebung eignet sich perfekt zum Schnorcheln. Wir waren an den Buchten vom Mora Mora Beach und sind sogar bis zur Grotta della Poesia gelaufen (Fussweg ca. 50 Minuten). Dort durfte man zwar nicht schwimmen, aber die Aussicht war grandios. Es hat sich sehr gelohnt!
Einziger Nachteil: Wir haben weit und breit kein Gemüse oder Obst gefunden. Aber dafür kann die Unterkunft nichts, das hat wohl eher was mit dem Angebot der Supermärkte zu dieser Zeit zu tun. Lecce war dann unsere Rettung. ;-)
Nichtsdestotrotz war es ein sehr schöner Urlaub mit ein paar unvergesslichen Momenten.
Danke für alles, wir kommen sehr gerne wieder! Liebe Grüsse an das ganze Team, es war schön, euch alle kennengelernt zu haben. Und danke an Tiziana für den Bio Ruccola aus ihrem Garten. *****

Beyond expectations!
Pros:

We liked absolutely everything and don’t have even the slightest complaint. However, there is something that gives a holiday special added value and that is kind, welcoming hosts. In our case, it was Mrs. Valeria, who responded to every request for advice; on what to visit, what to see, which restaurant to choose, etc., promptly and with great enthusiasm. We would like to thank her once again, even through this message.
We must also mention the staff who maintain and clean the apartments. Despite the language barrier (unfortunately, none of us speak Italian), they always understood our wishes with a smile.
We highly recommend Palma Residence!

Great location, wonderfull sea and very good service
Pros:

Super location - in front of wonderful beach with crystal clear water. Very spacious and well equipped apartment, with daily clean up. Terrace with nice sea view.

Cons:

Only one minus is that other people go near your terrace, but this don’t make any issues or was uncomfortable

We had a great stay at The Palma Residence. The town was very peaceful. The view was exceptional, and the rooms were clean and well decorated. As a bonus there was a washing machine/dryer.

A quality experience & lovely accommodations
Pros:

Palma Residence was a perfect place to stay for our visit to the region for a variety of reason.

Location: only 20-30 minutes away from Lecce made it easy for us to travel the Salento region of Puglia while also having a beach only steps away from the residence. Very easy to access other parts of Puglia by Puglia by car. We visited in the off season and still had everything we needed in terms of restaurants & food within a short walking distance.

Accommodations: everything was clean and well put together. Beds & bathrooms were comfortable. The kitchen was perfect for a short stay. Outdoor space offered in each space had

Staff: Everyone was beyond kind, easy to get in touch with and offered amazing customer service. They offered a very easy check-in process with a nice walkthrough of the space and a thorough guide to recommendations for activities, restaurants and excursion options.

The Palma Residence has four different “apartments.” Two on the ground floor & two on the upper floor. The outdoor spaces aren’t “private” but give you enough privacy to be able to enjoy without concern of bothering the others staying in the other rooms.

We did not use the pool but it looked very clean & nice. Other residences staying in the Palma Residence had used it and had mentioned how nice it was.

Wonderful sun raise in a perfect Location
Pros:

Wonderful location with a perfect view of the sea. Two huge balconies, beautiful rooms each with a bathroom. Friendly, helpful landlady. She gave us lots of great tips on what to do in the area. We can only recommend Residence Palma. Wonderful days in San Foca.

The apartment was beautiful, extremely clean, staff were very helpful throughout. Valeria responded very quickly to all our queries and was extremely helpful.
We loved the beach-especially Mora Mora and visited and swam in many other places.
Salento bike hire was great...for advice, great bikes and information.
The village had great restaurants....we ate in several....but when the weather turned/we moved into the first week of October...many were closed!

Cons:

From the pictures on booking.com, I expected more private outside space-perhaps this error was mine.
We did however have on our booking agreement-terrace and balcony stated.....we had a terrace but it was outside in the public area....we had access to a fabulous roof garden terrace....The size and layout was just not what I expected from the photos.....perhaps there was more information about the specific apartment we booked that I did not look at.
