The room was a little smaller, but was great for what we needed on our one night stay. Bathroom was very nice (large shower). Breakfast was OK!

The property is new so I am sure issues will arise. Our thermostat was stuck at 55 degrees but maintenance came up and fix that right away. There was minimal hot water. The breakfast was fantastic. It was nice to eat off real plates and use real silverware as post COVID. The staff was kind and courteous. Over all this is a 5 star location and highly recommend.

Friendly staff at the desk and the woman who drove me to the airport was great! Got me out on time! I will stay here again when in CO springs. So clean!

Pros:

Excellent except no microwave and no glasses. No coffee maker but other than that it was a great stay was able to get hot sbacks at the bar late in the evening and when we called they brought glasses.

Room is clean, it’s a little difficult get the room temperature correctly, either too warm or too cold. Front desk staff was a little bit on the rush side.
Also the squeeze type of lotion, soap and shampoo is not easy to use. If you don’t squeeze hard enough, there is nothing come out; if you squeeze too hard, a lot come out. And if you don’t have strong grip or have arthritis , it will be very difficult to use. Overall is a ok stay.

Great hotel - random noise throughout the night was annoying but not sure what it was. Gym was solid actually! Great lounge and outdoor patio. I drive an EV so onsite charging was great. This’ll be my place to stay when in Colorado Springs
