Amazing place as a base to explore West Lake area.
Pros:

Quiet peaceful close to eating places and within walking distance to West Lake. Short walk to Taiziwan or Princes park. Good for jogging and morning walks. The service at the hotel was incredible. Very attentive and helpful. The breakfast was something to look forward to. Close to eateries and hike up mountain.

Cons:

Surroundings a bit cramped. Narrow one way street to hotel.

Cons:

不過101的房間，房間窗戶採光照明是唯一的缺點，因為門外就是馬路邊上，自然無法開窗。
但是日照也得拉上窗簾。
此外，此房間的閱讀桌，檯燈壞了。

另外沒有浴缸也有點可惜。

Memorable stay, authentic and i would definitely recommend it for explorers that appreciate understated luxury.
Pros:

This property was the perfect introduction into Chinese hospitality, the interiors were simple yet very much thought of.

The guest services went above and beyond, they were kind enough to always hold an umbrella when it rained.

The room was spacious and comfortable, always forced me to enter into a zen mode.
In it was a tote bag packed with light travel essentials such as wet wipes, bottles of water and nail clippers.

Before departure, they had a little souvenir prepared alongside a packed breakfast for the road trip. I really liked the fact that they remembered my coffee choice and had that ready.

Cons:

Unfortunately they didn’t have a spa but I get it, the hotel is more on the boutique side.

Every detail was considered to make the stay comfortable and elegant

Some rooms are quite close to the noise from the outside like the restaurants close by, but this all stopped after 9pm

Идеальное местоположение: небольшая деревня, вокруг лес, по дорожкам можно дойти до многих достопримечательностей, красот, а на такси за 15 минут доехать до центра города, если нужно. Гостиница очень уютная: дизайн, ресторан, завтраки, различные удобства - всё просто супер! Персоналу особое спасибо!

The Best Hotel in China
Pros:

Everything.
The hotel itself is well designed and situated in a convenient location.
The staffs are professional and friendly.
The smell of the room and the breakfast are the most unforgettable things in my visit.
I would be back again, and again.

Cons:

Nothing. I don’t like the fact that my stomach capacity would not allow me to try everything in the breakfast. It was truly a morning feast.
