Great location in the city!
Lifts can be very busy at times, which is to be expected for such a large property.
Location, excellent breakfast, easy to store luggage, interconnecting rooms for a family stay
Rooms are small but aside from that excellent
El Sento és magnífic. Té 5 piscines diferents, una a l'aire lliure i una d aigua freda. Això sí, homes i dones per separat.
Molts extres inclosos (Sabatilles, Yukates, pijames, respalls de dents, ets)
L'estètica de l edifici i les habitacions. Tot i ser molt petites, tot es veia net, impolut i modern. El dia que va arribar l'equipatge, un avís va saltar a la televisió pq el passés a recollir. A la tele també podies mirar instruccions sobre com anar al Sento i quines eren les costums.
La ubicació. Al costat de l estació de JR Namba i a 5 minuts caminant del Dotonburi
Les habitacions eren realment petites.
The buffet breakfast selections were excellent. I alternated between Japanese and western breakfasts and I left every morning satisfied till well past noon. My travel partner used the onsen every night before bedtime and all he could do was rave about the facility; very clean, water temperature perfect, relaxing environment. The location to all of our destinations were by train or subway. These modes of transportations were easily accessible through the Namba station which was in walking distance. We used the icoca card so walking through the entry gates were a breeze.
If the pillows provided on the bed were not as hard and flat it would greatly improve the quality of comfort.

The bedroom was a lltte small for me and daughter ...it was a twin room. But it was a good room.
Ottima la posizione, attaccata alla stazione dei treni e della metro.
La struttura si vede che è nuova e tenuta molto bene, peccato per i servizi all’interno non abbiamo potuto usare l’onsen perché non gradivano persone con tatuaggi 🥲.
Camere piccoline però fornite di tutto.
Le lavatrici ai piani inferiori erano sempre poche e costantemente piene.

Thang máy luôn phải chờ lâu . Giường nệm mỏng và mềm quá nằm cảm nhận dụng phần sắt dát giường nên đau lưng ko ngủ được .
El spa es una pasada. El buffet de desayuno también nos gustó mucho, gran variedad y muy bueno.
La habitación tan compacta que si abres la maleta ocupas la mitad del suelo, y siendo 2 personas ni se pueden abrir las 2 a la vez. Cumple su función para dormir (aunque las paredes son de papel y una noche no pudimos dormir por ruidos de la habitación de al lado). Tampoco nos gustó el servicio de ascensores y check-in/check-out, había mucho tiempo de espera para los mismos y apenas te ofrecen ayuda en recepción (aparte de que hay saturación de gente, sobre todo a la hora del check-out).
