We enjoyed our stay At Arundel House. We had excellent communication from the owners in order to gain access. Our room was very nice and we liked the facility of the communal lounge downstairs. Breakfast is not provided on site but breakfast vouchers are issued for the cafe next door. I was very pleased that Arundel House had no miniature plastic portions of uht milk, there was fresh refrigerated milk instead plus a plentiful bowl of fruit. There were no plastic plants either- all the plants are real.
I imagine in high season during the Summer there might be more street noise than we experienced. For us it was very quiet at night at the front of the house.

We were made to feel extremely welcome by Rosie and James at this charming townhouse. We had a slight issue at first with our shower, and James insisted on fixing it immediately, which he did. Every convenience and comfort has been thoughtfully provided. We will stay there again.

It was very noisy. We stayed on the first floor and the floor boards from upstairs were extremely creaky and we could hear the guest upstairs
