The view. The property is beautifully landscaped and you have a million dollar view. Furniture is adequate for a small living dining room with a full galley kitchen.. small master bedroom with the only closet. One bath .The beach is your doorstep you walk from a concrete sundeck down 4 steps to the rock beach but when the tide is out miles of sand beach appear. There are several good restaurants within walking distance.
There were touches of ostentaitiuous excess such as the heavy bathrobes and designer soaps, but the unit lacks practical luxury. A single box of kleenex, lots of towels but floors that need washing so badly they're sticky. The full kitchen with exactly 4 of everything and a hit and miss assortment of tools, dishes ,and pots and pans. . No practical things like a pancake turner or a big fork not a platter in the place for meat but a '$$$ weber grill outside the door. A 4 place dishwasher with oversize dishes that dont fit with anything else. 2 wine glasses, no beer glasses or drinking glasses and 4 short whiskey glasses.and a 5" frying pan not even big enough to make bacon and eggs. No lamps in the living room only pot lights and a single lamp in the bedroom no nightlight in the bathroom . We are talking 300. ++ a night and the view is not all I expect. I want enough dishes so you can eat 3 meals without having to wash the dishes. I expect a glass big enough for milk or pop' I would like plates that are not 13" across and heavy enough to replace my hand weights.. it was like someone had brought all the' dishes they had laying around at home and brought them to the "cottage" . None of them matched. We may stay again for the location, but I will definitely be bringing my full set of lightweight practical dishes, my own knives, and cutlery. There was 1 knife, an Ikea serrated bread knife, not a paring knife in sight, but we did have a garlic press. But no measuring cup capable of pouring liquid into the coffee maker.. It is probably minor but I expect an adequately equipt kitchen without having to resort to buying glasses and plates so I didnt have to run the dishwasher every time we ate. Also no collander, cutting board to save the granite countertops, cleaner for the counters or kitchen towels.

The staff was exceptional, kind, accommodating and so helpful. There was a gentleman the first night who went above and beyond in all ways. The only mild issue was the rubberized coating on the deck crumbled off and tracked inside. Otherwise, perfe t in every way! Thank you. We will be back!
Best advice… some staff are great. Brad the manager is not competent. As guests who stayed here 6 nights… the amount of animosity and arrogance was repelling. A great place to stay if you want to be ripped off by cleaning fees, $100, then they ask you to take your garbage out. On a cusomer service level this place is a zero. The best part is laughing at Brad.
The absolute waterfront. With the waves lapping just below the doorsteps at high tide, and the sunset across the water.
Met every expectation
Really loved being by the ocean. Loved the view and had everything we needed. Had 2 sets of happy dogs below and bit of traffic noise on beach road. But still very happy with suite.
The suites are beautiful and right on the ocean. The staff are fantastic.

Amazing ocean view and super accomodating staff. We enjoyed every minute of our stay, it was very relaxing and pleasant. Literally steps away from the beach and the pool area is a short 5 min walk. The QBO Restaurant is delicious as well!
