Amazing stay
Pros:

It was modern it was clean it had everything we needed and the windows towards the city were bonus and the location was amazing. Check in was super easy and all of the staff was really nice as well

Moderno hotel em bairro bem localizado
Pros:

Hotel muito moderno com check in automático e entradas por senha. Ficamos hospedados me um quarto moderno e bastante espaçoso. Todo o serviço do hotel é por sua conta, o que garante um pouco mais de privacidade.

Cons:

Pelo desenho do prédio, a distribuição dos quartos não é muito uniforme. Por exemplo, uma das pessoas que viajavam conosco se hospedou em um quarto bastante menor e com mais ruídos da rua.

Cons:

Mauvais rapport qualité prix, certes l'hôtel est bien placé, mais nous avons eu une chambre avec la douche complètement bouchée. Nous avons essayer de nettoyer siphon mais rien n'y a fait. Les canalisations sont complètement bouché. Résultat à chaque fois que nous nous douchions, la douche se transforme en baignoire, et de l'eau partout dans la salle de bain. Sans oublier la chaleur de la chambre, la ventilation est extrêmement mauvaise, ce qui fait que (même en mettant la Clim, qui ne fonctionne pas) il y avait beaucoup de buée sur les fenêtres quand nous nous réveillons. Pour le prix c'est une honte. Je regrette même de ne pas avoir demander un surclassement ou un remboursement partiel. Passez votre chemin.

Cons:

La localización del hotel porque es cuesta arriba.
El desayuno deja mucho que desear, al chico se le acabó las capsulas de nespresso y ya no pudimos tomar café. El desayuno se servía 7:30-10:30 y nosotros fuimos 9:30, ya no quedaba comida y no volvían a rellenar. Poca variedad de desayuno, no volveria a pagar. El capuccino estaba asqueroso, una decepción para ser ‘italia’.
La recepcionista rara vez estaba en la recepción.

A very convenient, quiet and comfortable base
Pros:

We loved the balcony, which benefited from evening sunshine. We also enjoyed being able to self-restock coffee pods and oat milk. We also liked not needing to keep track of a key and found that we could remember the code quite quickly. The host staff were always friendly, upbeat and helpful. There were some excellent breakfast and evening meal options very nearby - we would particularly recommend Il Cortile! The room was very quiet. We slept very well throughout our stay.

Cons:

It was very unfortunate that the drains had a terrible smell which made using the bathroom unpleasant, despite it's otherwise high cleanliness. We contained the smell from infusing into the bedroom by keeping the bathroom door always shut, the extractor fan in the bathroom on at all times, and airing the room on our return from excursions by opening the doors to the balcony. We think maybe that this was an issue beyond the accommodation's control? Even if so, a comment acknowledging the issue, I think, would have been good.

Volvería a repetir
Pros:

Las comodidades que ofrecen, desde champú, gel, acondicionador… todo lo necesario para el aseo hasta los detalles que tienen con sus huéspedes dejándoles café y tés para poder desayunar o tomar un tentempié. Todo un detalle. Todo el personal muy amable y educado.

Cons:

Quizás lo que menos me gustó fue el Check-in porque no me funcionó el código, pero rápido lo solucionaron
