Çok güzel ve temiz otel. Oteldeki çalışanların hepsi çok güleryüzlü ve yardımcı oluyorlar. Otel girişinde içecek teklif ediyorlar. Otelin yeride çok güzel. Her tarafa yakın. Gezerken hiç yorulmadık. Daha önce istanbula geldiğimizde otellerden memnun kalmadık. Gönül rahatlığıyla herkese tavsiye edebiliriz. Bundan sonra hep bu oteli tercih edeceğiz. Resepsiyona ve temizlikci Aysel hanıma ayriyeten teşekkür ederiz

Локация потрясающая рядом Топкапы ,мечеть Султан Ахмета , египетский базар. Но при этом очень тихо рядом с отелем. Вид из окон отеля и с террасы очень красивый .

Вот прочих равных второй раз сюда не приедем. Хотя менеджер или управляющий очень старался произвести хорошее впечателие

Вид на Босфор прекрасный.
Чай кофе в баре внизу включен в проживание. Это приятно.

Cons:

Огромные окна, это как плюс, так и минус, так как очень холодно.
Один из кондиционеров не работал, поэтому просили дополнительные одеяла.
Номер ооочень маленький на такое количество гостей, как было предложено.

We where upgraded to a superior room, with a really nice bathtub. Room was perfect, had all we need. There is a complentary coffee and thea service at all times (for free). Biggest plus was the staff, very attentive.

Отличный сервис и прекрасный, вежливый персонал. Завтраков нет, но 24/7 угощают кофе и чаем, приносят в номер напитки. Администратор Uthan был очень учтив с нами, остались только замечательные впечатления

A very welcoming place especially Utkan on reception, he was helpful in every way possible. Hotel modern and clean 5 star all round, room was superb. Comfortable bed, plenty of space in our room, 201.
Location spot on, next to metro and short walk to tram, with sights only a 10 minute walk away.
