Due to unresolved security issues and payment practices outside the Booking.com platform, I believe this property warran

(1/10) Unsafe and Concerning Experience

This stay raised serious safety and compliance concerns.

Upon arrival, we were directed not to pay through Booking.com as originally arranged and were instead sent an external payment link connected to a Canadian account managed by the owner. As an international traveller, this placed me in a vulnerable position and undermined the protections expected when booking through the platform.

The apartment initially allocated to us had broken and unsecured locks, including the main entry and balcony door. Although we were moved to another unit, the balcony door lock in the new unit was also faulty. There were also water interruptions and a building-wide fire alarm incident during our stay.

Communication was delayed and evasive, by the owner when we tried to engage to address the issues. We remained only due to concern about financial loss without Booking.com intervention.

I would not recommend this property, and I believe the listing warrants formal review by the platform.

Enjoyable
Pros:

The apartment was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable. The facilities were well maintained, and the pool and GYM were clean and enjoyable. Aisha was a great host and made sure everything went smoothly. The staff and security were excellent, and the improved WiFi made my stay even better.
