Modern, spotless, great breakfast and close to all that Bergen has to offer.
Pros:

Breakfast was fantastic and the location of the hotel could not be faulted with many restaurants both inside and outside the hotel. The rooms were modern, spacious and spotless.

Amazing stay as a 4 star hotel
Pros:

The hotel is completely new and well taken care of. The buffet breakfast offers a wide variety of food and is definitely a 10/10. The room is clean and nicely finished, with good amenities, a TV, and comfortable bedding.

Cons:

However, if it is supposed to be a 5-star hotel, it lacks some important elements expected at that level. I heard a guest asking for a toothbrush, and they didn’t have any available. There was no complimentary water in the room. I specifically mentioned that the trip was for our anniversary, but this wasn’t acknowledged at check-in or in the room (by this I mean even a simple card, not necessarily amenities). The spa is also not included for hotel guests.

I’m not sure about Norwegian hotel standards, but in Europe, when a hotel is advertised as a “Hotel and Spa,” the spa is usually included. Additionally, the spa fee is definitely not cheap.

Spa fullt booket og ikke inkludert i prisen. Restaurant fullt booket begge dagene så fikk ikke benytte noe av fasilitetene hotellet hadde.

Near perfect
Pros:

Stylish, central, comfortable, with excellent breakfast and thoroughly enjoyed Izakaya restaurant on the first night.

Cons:

Whilst not entirely the properties fault, the rooms are supposed to be sound-proofed, as it's only under two years old, but had a neighbour with tv on late into the night and on again at 6am the next morning which was a shame the first night and disturbed us as was clearly audible.

Spaet, treningsrommet og frokosten var veldig bra

Cons:

TV-en fungerte ikke. Gikk kun an å se på direkte tv ikke app. Fikk ikke til å koble til mobil å chrome cast heller. Så det var litt dumt på kvelden…
Synd at massasje ikke var åpent for booking enda.
