Pros:

The hotel was very clean throughout. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Great selection for breakfast. Location was very central.

Im Großen und ganzen ganz gut, Das Personal war sehr nett und zuvorkommend.Auch wurde mein Wunsch nach einem höheren Stockwerk erfüllt.

Cons:

Zimmer war zwar sehr groß, aber nicht wirklich gemütlich. Im Badezimmer fehlte es an Ablageflächen und Handtuchhacken

Cons:

Very much money oriented asking to pay on top for everything, the services offered were not of a 5 stars hotel, even breakfast was not up to a 5 stars hotel. Spa was not included and had to be paid on top. Rooms were at 4 stars level at best.
Should be advertised as a 4 star not 5.

Breakfast was ok and some staff helpful.

Cons:

The bed was very uncomfortable. I tried to sleep but couldn't. The receptionist didn't really care.

Bedroom was like a shoebox.

Coffee wasn't very nice.

Τα κρεβάτια πάρα πολύ άβολα και το στρώμα και τα μαξιλάρια . Το φαγητό στο ιαπωνεζικο δεν μας πολυαρέσει . Το δωμάτιο δεν είχε θέα

Beliggenheten var super, trivelig område
God seng og god frokost

Cons:

Lite knagger på rommet og badet. Hvor skal man gjøre av håndklær etc?
Minibaren laget lyd/during som var forstyrrende på natten
SPAet kostet ekstra (500 pr gjest). Dette er ganske dyrt. Spa er ofte inkludert for boende gjester. Det var også ganske lite og hadde færre elementer enn andre spa jeg har besøkt
