Cons:

Insufficient beach infrastructure: could't get chairs as the hotel doesn't have enough for all guests

Pool is too cold, plus super windy every day

Insuficiente servicio de playa para todos los huéspedes
Pros:

El edificio y las habitaciones son muy lindas

Cons:

La pileta estaba demasiado fria, ademas de que por como es la construcción del hotel, tiene viento todos los dias

Por otro lado, si bien el hotel tiene servicio de playa, es dificil encontrar lugar disponible: para tener lugar hace falta ir a las 8am y hacer una fila para conseguir reposeras y sombrillas. Lo opuesto si se busca exclusividad y relax. Existen opciones definitivamente mejores en la isla.

Excellent but short stay. Staff was attentive and very courteous!

Espectacular hotel para una estadía espectacular en la mejor playa de Aruba

Ubicación espectacular sobre una de las playas más lindas de Aruba Habitaciones super equipadas y espaciosas Servicio de comidas de muy buen nivel Atención amable y cordial

Pleasant. Staff and newness of resort made it nice but they must pay attention to issues.
Pros:

Modern clean. Room and bathroom very nice although room came with jacuzzi tub on the balcony which was weird. Bar and wait Staff excellent and very attentive. Restaurants were great. Pools excellent. Very beautiful lobby and common spaces as well.

Cons:

Pool furniture in disrepair, many broken, staff tried to fix, very apologetic but items were beyond repair. Beach across the road with very little or no amenities. No showers, bathrooms, few chairs, can’t enjoy beach.
Light bulb in room was out, room cleaned but not one towel replaced, called for towels twice and waited one hour for them. Called for bath tissues and waited another hour. After 10pm no staff at front desk. Had to yell into back room to get front desk service. At over $1000 per day we expected more.

Cons:

El servicio es lento, falta personal en las piscinas y sobre todo restaurantes. Los meseros llenan mal los tiquetes de consumo y si ud va con todo incluido, se lleva la sorpresa en el check out que le cobran cosas que no consumio. Es un robo y luego no tienes como reclamar. Es definitivamente un hotel donde nunca más volveré. Pésimo.

Hotel y servicios espectaculares en la mejor playa de Aruba
Pros:

Joia by Iberostar esta ubicado en la mejor playa de Aruba. El hotel queda cruzando la playa, hay una pequeña calle que no es muy transitada y que todos paran ni bien te ven cruzar, todo está preparado para que no sientas esa distancia. El personal de todo el hotel te recibe de tal forma que en todo momento te sentís especial , en la playa te colocan una reposeras espectaculares, sombrilla, mesa y toallas. Hay a disposición agua libre en todo el hotel, linda música, excelentes bares, piscinas, tumbonas.
El desayuno increíble, pocas veces he visto algo igual. Las habitaciones son increíblemente amplias, con muchos detalles de confort y super cómodas, tienen baño compartimentado, un balcón con jacuzzi, una vista a las piscinas y al mar.
Los restaurantes, la cafetería, los locales, todo de primer nivel!!
Gracias a Sylvania, Samuel, Mary Rose, Ana, Milena, Jazmin y los tres jóvenes que están en las reservas de los restaurantes por haber hecho de nuestros días las mejores vacaciones.
Todos los detalles muy pensados, mucho confort, lo que buscas lo encontras.
Felicitaciones a la pastelera del hotel !!!
Sin duda volveremos pronto para que nos sigan mimando.

Cons:

La recomendación es mejorar la calidad de atención en el restaurante Marea.
Sugerimos un nivel más gourmet en la comida.

Pros:

La playa donde esta ubicado el hotel es excelente

Cons:

Se forma fila para el desayuno. La cantidad de reposeras y sombrillas es muy insuficiente con relación ala capacidad hotelera 50 sombrillas para 240 habitaciones. El personal de plata hace excelente trabajo para conformar y ubicar a los pasajeros.
