This could be a very nice property if practical. The only way to our room was through the cafeteria.
Pros:

Location and layout

Cons:

1. Very expensive at over $1,000/night
2. Jacuzzi in the balcony - impractical and the jets are not connected
3. Hot water pool - very dirty and no hot water - same temperature as the regular pool
4. Staff are not trained to clear plates and cups from breakfast tables BEFORE spending time setting tables
5. Suite was spacious but not well laid out. Bedside tables did not have drawers - bed should be pushed back and couch in front if you choose to watch TV other than from the bed.

Nice property, great beach. Service can be better

Clean property. Beautiful beach

Cons:

It’s designed to cater to American customers and they expect you to tip them even for the most basic services even when the service is bad.

In general I quite pressured during meals because I take my time to eat and don’t pile my plate with stacks of food (unlike many people do in a buffet).

But they always seemed to be in a hurry to clear the plates and hand you the bill. That was really annoying. On 3 separate occasions I had to tell them I wasn’t done yet.

I guess if you’re from the US, you will like it but if you’re going from Europe it can be a bit annoying.

Descanso espectacular!
Pros:

Las instalaciones , lahabitacion frente al mar espectacular. Excepcional habitación . El mar es un sueño el personal muy querido! Desayuno , el mejor! Comidas de restaurantes deli! Personal de la playa adorados!!

Better than expected
Pros:

The rooms weee so big and beautifully decorated. Beach bags and towel and glass bottles of water were provided. The bathtub on the balcony was amazing!

Nice and Quiet Getaway
Pros:

The adult pool and pool areas were welcoming and relaxing. The morning breakfast was very good and dinners at the restaurants was excellent. The rooms were comfortable and clean and we enjoyed the fitness center. Great location on Eagle Beach, can walk up to the Palm Beach area. Overall a great stay.

Cons:

The drinks were pretty pricey at $22-$24 each. Also, if you are looking for a lot of action, this is not the place and the casino is not open yet.

Pros:

hotel was new, very clean and comfortable, hotel staff were extremely helpful and friendly, food was good, staff on the beach were very attentive to our needs

Cons:

going forward maybe have an entertainment team to have stuff like water aerobics and activities for the guests, some upbeat music in the background to feel like your away

Insuficiente servicio de playa para todos los huéspedes
Pros:

El edificio y las habitaciones son muy lindas

Cons:

La pileta estaba demasiado fria, ademas de que por como es la construcción del hotel, tiene viento todos los dias

Por otro lado, si bien el hotel tiene servicio de playa, es dificil encontrar lugar disponible: para tener lugar hace falta ir a las 8am y hacer una fila para conseguir reposeras y sombrillas. Lo opuesto si se busca exclusividad y relax. Existen opciones definitivamente mejores en la isla.
