Great location but not soundproofed rooms.

Cons:

Was woken up a lot by noises from outside. Terrible windows- cold air blew right through them and we could hear everything from people talking and dumpsters being cleaned every morning at 5:30am. Police sirens all night because its by the police station. Green lights flashing from the smoke detectors in each room were annoying.

Location is great, but I feel like I was mislead.

Good location. With in walking distance from the French Quarter

Cons:

The apartment we stayed in was four bedrooms and bathroom. We had 9 people with us. The bathrooms are small. Not a lot of counter space on vanities. One of the bathrooms had a shower only in the unit. That spray water into the floor when you used it. They said they are handy accessible. But none of the bathrooms in the unit have grab bars. The apartment is smaller than the picture show. Also the apartment 701 the microwave just randomly stopped working for about 6 minutes. Was going to microwave something. The microwave just lost power. The freeze on the refrigerator was completely iced over when we got there and the door would not stay shut.

The Eleanor was the perfect place to stay.
Pros:

The location was fantastic. The accommodations were spectacular. So much room for a family. It felt like a home. It was so nice to relax there at the end of the day.

Cons:

I loved staying here. I would stay again!

Decent Spot to stay near French Quarter
Pros:

The location was solid. Lots of good restaurants in the area, things to do were close enough and within walking distance of French Quarter. The bedroom layout was awesome, and really liked the comfort of the bed/pillows.

Cons:

VERY noisy. Whether it was from the hallway and other guests, the elevator/stairwell, or outside 2am garbage truck, this place was very noisy. Additionally, it could have been a tick more clean. Wasn't dirty to where you felt disgusted (except the staircase, that was VERY gross), but they needed to do more cleaning on the rooms before arrival.

Living in a broom cupboard for a mansion price.
Cons:

The apartment was really dirty; your feet were black if you didn't wear shoes. There was no storage space for clothes or luggage, the rooms were so small that you bumped into furniture every time you moved. The parking was a nightmare and the area did not feel safe.

The bathroom layout was not clearly disclosed—all bathrooms were attached to bedrooms, and one bedroom had no bathroom access at all, which was very inconvenient for a large group. Supplies were extremely limited (towels, toilet paper), and needing to potentially do laundry on a short stay was frustrating. Shower design caused water to flood the bathroom floor, and one bed was very uncomfortable. Overall, several design and amenity issues impacted comfort.

Great accommodations
Pros:

I loved the location and the cleanliness of the rooms. I also liked that their were king size beds in each room. I loved the security system where I didn't have to keep up with a key card.

Cons:

I didn't like that the rooms did not have closets or dresser in them. Their was nothing I could lay my luggage on. I didn't like to have to pay to park every day.

Closet Storage and bedroom furniture is lacking. We had to live out of our suitcases because there is no dresser or chest to unpack. Also, there is no iron and ironing board.
