Pros:

The personnel was very kind, I want to reception for water at night and they gave me 5 bottles (thanks a lot!)
The location is perfect, the underground station is literally in 50 meters from the entrance

Cons:

The main issue is that there was only 1 charger plug which could work with EU plugs and there were literally no adapters on reception
The brakfast was tasteless: drinks were too watery, the meat did not taste good

Pros:

The location is really good and it’s right next to the shopping mall with a train station :)

Cons:

The stuff could better speak English and not communicate with a phone translator all the time considering the fact that there were a lot of foreigners staying.

Pros:

Отель комфортный, новый, с просторными номерами, хорошей душевой. Район спокойный.
Быстрая регистрация заселения, хорошее расположение отеля, метро в 5 минутах ходьбы (выход N 5, линия 15).
Завтраки стараются разнообразить, кофемашина доступна круглосуточно.
Рядом большой супермаркет, Starbucks и McDonald's.
Недалеко от отеля расположен красивый парк (2 остановки на метро).
Весь персонал отеля доброжелательный. Есть номера и этажи для некурящих.

Небольшие пожелания: добавить холодильник и сейф в номер.

Pros:

Convenience to the subway station. It happened this time due to the sewage system was broken down the street, smelly when walking to the station. Once you were inside the hotel, every are nice and clean. But need to strictly enforce the smoking rules in and out. Encountered one unruly customer stood in front of the elevator on the 5th floor lobby smoking, and a fews in the front entrance of the hotel numerous times!
