Clean but long list of house rules.

Cons:

Local taxi drivers asked why we choose this hotel when there are many similar properties at the same price nearer to amenities. It make us doubt, what wrong with our choice.
Despite clean and friendly staff, the stay turn sour because every basic things is chargeable. Request to change of bath towel on a daily basis is chargeable, extra pillow is chargeable. The list of house rules goes on! Upon checkout, staff went to check every corner, every electrical items, inspect the beds make sure nothing is missing/damage.

Pros:

Comfy bed comes along with the air purifier, good water pressure for the shower, next to the restaurant and surprisingly not very loud once the connecting door was shut

Would never book again. Very disappointed
Pros:

On the second day of our stay there was no electricity. We waited for more than half a day and decided to get a different room in a different t place. The hotel did not agree to refund the amount paid for the other days. They said the problem was for only one day (the electricity wasn’t back even while my friends were checking out later in the day around 5pm) and they couldn’t help with the cancellation and refund. The receptionist was quite rude, as well. We lost our money since we couldn’t cancel as per booking.com’s policy.
