De lo Mejor
Pros:

Todos los empleados, empezando por la directora a la que le estoy eternamente agradecido por haber puesto todos los medios para encontrar un documento mío que había extraviado, pasando por la recepción donde todos eran muy agradables y profesionales y terminando por las limpiadoras que dejaban impolutas las habitaciones.

Prima!
Pros:

Prima hotel bij het vliegveld al het daadwerkelijk wel wat verder is dan je denkt en wat wordt gecommuniceerd. Wij moesten heel vroeg vliegen vandaar de keuze.

Cons:

Transfer naar vliegveld zet je op een gekke plek af waardoor je uiteindelijk nog een keer met de bus moet. Je moet lang op de bus wachten en de rit is ook best lang wat verraderlijk is qua timing.

Paso ejecutivo por Madrid
Pros:

El hotel esta realmente cerca del Terminal 4 y es un agrado no tener que correr al aeropuerto. Pasmos 1 noche en Madrid y elegimos este hotel justamente por su ubicación.
El desayuno es muy bueno.

Cons:

El baño tenia solo Shampoo y no acondicionador.

Perfecto para vuelos
Pros:

Segunda Nochevieja consecutiva que pasamos en este hotel antes de volar. Este año incluso nos dieron las doce uvas con el check-in. Todos muy amables y muy efectivo. Muy fácil para llegar al aeropuerto. Volveremos a quedarnos cuando tengamos un vuelo temprano.

Si necesitas cercanía a la T4 este es tu hotel !
Pros:

Fantástica la ubicación siempre que necesites estar cerca de la T4, porque de lo contrario es una pésima ubicación muy alejada del centro de Madrid y a 30 € mínimo de taxi (ida y otros 30€ vuelta). Por lo demás el hotel cuenta con todo lo que necesitas, zonas de trabajo, comer y cenar, un gran gym. Y la zona tiene supermercado enfrente y muy buenos restaurantes (recomiendo 1966). Si tienes que quedarte cerca de la T4, es tu hotel sin duda !

Muy buena ubicación cerca del aeropuerto.
Zonas comunes muy chulas.
Personal muy amable.
Habitaciones amplia y cómoda.

Cons:

Algún pequeño detalle en cuanto a limpieza a mejorar aunque nada serio.
Reservé una habitación con balcón por las vistas pero o no he leído bien o no lo especifica del todo claro… las vistas eran como a un patio interior con salida de chimeneas, en planta inferior, no era lo que esperaba en absoluto.

Pues todo pero sobre todo la limpieza, la apertura todo el dia del restaurante hasta las 0.00, el personal y lo cuidado de las instalaciones.

Cons:

Las almohadas... una cartita de almohadas seria ya para quitarse el sombrero. De todas formas hotel extraordinario.
