Great place right on the Main Street. The room is beautiful and bed very comfortable

This hotel was so cute! Check-in/Check-out was super easy and hotel was very communicative via text. The room was clean and comfortable. We stayed in a room that was in an add-on to the historic building and loved that they left the original rock wall as part of the add-on.

Check in was 3pm. Arrived at 3pm to find no one available to tell me wifi code. Had a panic as my phone does not work without wifi. A woman staying in hotel helped me and texted a message - a Carrie then called to say she hadn't had time to email (poor show) me and they can't text international numbers. So - with no wifi access how would I get codes? People from overseas should be contacted at least 2 days before. I then had to help 2 chaps the nite after with the same problem as I'd had

Floor sticky - no housekeeping received - bins full. Hated shower - far too high - and I'm 5 ft 8.

No coffees machine / fridge. They have a coffee room - but no coffee pods - unless you take decaf. And water finished ...

Washed hair to go out for nice meal - hairdryer didn't work. Messaged via expedia appl - no reply - had to go out with wet/frizzy hair. Finally replied but never read it

No sleep - a dog nearby barked constantly - day & nite. Left at 4.30 am this morning as we couldn't sleep

Parking ok & bar nice - but nothing to do with hotel

Stairs up - 24 - but ok - unless case heavy

Would I stay here again - NO - not for what I payed

where to start.. went here for my birthday I don’t know why. first off the room was so tiny and stuffy, the fan and thermostat did nothing and did not work, regardless of the ‘instructions’

Nice bottom floor room, and an area to sit outside. Room clean, smaller than pictures, but accommodating. Beautiful setting with mountains, close to shops and eating. Only drawback restaurant above and noise until 10 pm. Not an issue, unless you’re an early to bed person. We left a suggestion with staff that the bed needs to. be replaced. Overall, nice stay in a beautiful setting.

We stayed in the Elizabeth room which was very cozy with a great view. Staff is super accommodating and friendly. We will be back!

We stayed in the Elizabeth room! It was so beautiful! The bed was comfortable. I will say around 4-5am there was some very loud noise above our room. But the whole place is pretty amazing!

We enjoyed our stay at the Imogene Hotel.
It was within walking distance to everything in town.
Thai Chili on the rooftop was a great dining option when you don't want to leave the hotel.

Nice hotel room with a beautiful, large bathroom. The location was fantastic and parking was right outside our door. We loved the rooftop bar!!
