Pros:

De locatie was echt top, het was er netjes, vaatwasser, de 2 baden

Cons:

De slaapbank is echt aan vervanging toe, het is erg gehorig dus een bordje wat aangeeft dat het na een bepaalde tijd stil mag zijn zou wenselijk zijn

the overall look of the apartment was nice and the location was good

Cons:

I know that Lisbon during winter months is wet and rainy but there should have been some heating installed if you’re considering to run an accommodation business. Besides that no ventilation in the bathroom. Add to that a bunch of wet clothes from the rain. Sounds like a recipe for disaster. I wouldn’t recommend during winter but during summer probably I would not have any complaints.

We felt nice and comfortable in this apartment.
Pros:

The apartment is located near Lisbon's historic center, Alfama, and is close to tram line 28, the cathedral, and Rua Augusta. It's close to places where you can listen to fado music, so characteristic of Portugal. The apartment is easily accessible by metro from the airport, and the Belém Tower, the Monument to the Discoveries, and the 25th of April Bridge are also easily reached by tram. The apartment itself is nice, comfortable, and has everything you need, including a fully equipped kitchen. The apartment is located on a quiet street, making it a great place to relax after a day spent exploring Lisbon.

Cons:

The shower is located in the bathtub, which is quite difficult to enter (due to its height). A separate shower would be more convenient.

Fabulous
Pros:

The location was fabulous and close to the major centre for buses , trams & Metro. Lots of shopping and cafes outside the door. Very nice bedding & towels in the room. Very clean. Look forward to staying there again.
