Pros:

Great walkable location. Nicely designed and proportioned room. Helpful staff. Excellent breakfast.

A very enjoyable stay in a modern, well-located hotel with friendly staff and excellent overall service.
Pros:

The hotel is brand new, which was a big plus for us as we prefer modern hotels. The location is very central, the lobby and entrance are elegant, and the rooms were clean, comfortable, and well designed. The staff throughout the hotel were very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was good, with a nice variety. A special mention to one concierge (the only male staff member), whose restaurant recommendations were outstanding.

Cons:

There was a brief concierge issue related to a restaurant reservation. We were told no further reservations would be made for us, even though we couldn’t find the restaurant due to unclear directions and Google Maps not leading to the location. After speaking with management, this was clarified as a misunderstanding, and the manager apologized and made up for it, which we appreciated.

Tenía en la reserva un descuento del 25% en servicios y ningún empleado supo decirme para q servicios.Si hacen una promociòn de este tipo deberían informar a los empleados a que servicios aplica este descuento o que no lo hagan directamente.
