Pros:

Nothing! Horrible communication after numerous attempts to contact the property AFTER receiving confirmation of my booking we arrived to an empty desk. Rang the number to be told that they had no available accommodation also after money was taken from a non refundable room. I had emailed them directly to advise of our late arrival time with NO communication back. Anyway stay next door at the loft Legian. Friendly helpful AVAILABLE STAFF!!!

Pros:

Was nothing like in the pictures and they had no water and no booking for me and I’m stil waiting on a refund as I had to book another hotel to stay at!

It was recommended to us because they said it was upgraded but the rooms were untidy dirty no hot water taps broken. NO
