The bathroom was so so, the sink was clogged with cigarette leftovers and it had a strong cigarette smell

The toilet seat was cracked and had a pink hue, the bathtub was particularly dirty and there were a lot of ants. I had to get cleaning supplies and clean the apartment before doing anything else on arrival. The walls are extremely thin, so whenever someone upstairs was having a conversation, you could pretty much hear everything. The kitchen didn’t have any dish soap or rags. On top of that, the dishes were dirty on arrival. There was some toilet paper on arrival, but when I asked for more they basically explained that they don’t usually provide any, but were being nice enough to make an exception for one roll. The staff was overall very friendly.

Great location!

Air conditioning broken. No wifi. Room not ready. Toilet leaking all over the floor. Small cramped. We checked in and am looking for other accommodations. This place is unfit to stay in. They gave us key to room and it wouldn’t open the door, we went back down stairs to report this only to be told there are two rooms that have the same room number. Do not stay here.

The appartment is clean and spacious. The neighberhood is quiet, there is a grocery store nearby, 5 minutes walk. The tram is 4 minutes walking distance and takes you to the heart of Milan.

Sauberkeit lässt sehr zu wünschen übrig. Sehr renovierungsbedürftig, Kommunikation sehr schwierig.

El apartamento está alejado del centro, pero bien comunicado, con un súper muy grande a unos pasos y bastantes bares y pizzerias. Nuestro aparatamento era doble con vistas al jardín. Era moderno, amplio y bastante nuevo, pero necesita un mantenimiento que parece no tener. Algunos enchufes no funcionaban, el botón del microondas saltaba cuando paraba, la campana extractora estaba sucia y en malas condiciones, el suelo mal barrido...eso sí, los sanitarios estaban limpios, la ropa de cama también y las camas son cómodas. No tienen el típico kit de fregar ni tampoco una escoba. La cocina tiene microondas y cafetera, pero no horno, tampoco en la cocina común. El personal era amable. El precio que tiene es muy ajustado, hay que asumir por qué y decidir si vale o no la pena. Nosotros no hemos estado mal.

We booked through Hotel.com and their receipt states taxes paid locally
However check in pre arrival demand 100% more in local taxes
Many emails to Hotel.com and accommodation directly did not resolve our issues so we just had to pay extra €170 euros
Today we moved to alternative accommodation locally for the remainder of our works

Litt langt fra sentrum. Litt usikker på området, det virket ikke helt optimalt. Leilighetshotellet kunne gjerne vært pusset opp, men sengene var gode

Es war alles größtenteils zufriedenstellend, allerdings wurden uns wichtige Dokumente erst am Tag selber bzw vor Ort zugestellt.

Comfortable and convenient location

A acomodação é confortável e tranquila, um lugar bem afastado do centro, mas com mercado e restaurantes próximos. Era relativamente limpa, e as camas bem confortáveis. A cozinha era boa e deu para nos virarmos. É proximo ao ponto para pegar um tram (um trem elétrico), mas fica a uns 40 minutos do centro de Milão (Duomo de Milão e galerias). Lembrando que não é um hotel, então você precisa comprar itens de higiene basicos que não serão disponibilizados, como papel higiênico e sabonete. A limpeza do quarto e troca de toalhas só é feita caso pague um valor a parte, caso contrário você precisa limpar o quarto. Tivemos um problema com a acomodação mas resolvemos facilmente na recepção e com a hoteis.com. Fique atento as taxas da cidade, tivemos um problema onde foi informado um valor menor e chegando la tivemos que pagar o dobro, um erro do hoteis.com e não da acomodação, mas foi resolvido e reembolsado a diferença por conta do erro. Num geral valeu super a pena, o lugar é muito confortável e tranquilo, você pode andar na rua sem medo ate tarde e todos foram muitos gentis.

It was fine. Definitely not what the pictures show especially the bathroom. Our shower head was broken and tub was extremely filthy. Besides that we stayed busy and just made sure to have a place to lay our head down. Im sure other rooms were maybe better however ours was not.

This building is on construction and the promo pictures are not even close to the real thing. Very disappointing.

Need to work on the electricity

It is a 30-40 minutes in tram and train ride to Milan. Also the room was terrible it smelled like fresh paint and we had to open all the windows and doors just to breathe. Room wasn’t cleaned and spider webs were there. WiFi doesn’t even really work. But if you have a big family maybe consider it.

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with our recent stay at your hotel. My family and I had booked a two-night stay, but due to a series of serious issues, we checked out after the first night and are requesting a refund for the unused night.

From the start, we experienced several unacceptable conditions:
• At check-in, two receptionists laughed and made a joke in Italian about a simple question my husband asked. This behavior was highly unprofessional and disrespectful.
• We were not informed that the building was under renovation. The view was obstructed, there was constant noise, and the balcony was unusable.
• The room lacked basic amenities: there was no top sheet on the bed, just a comforter, and only one pillow per person.
• There was no hot water in the shower, and the refrigerator was leaking and filled with a block of ice instead of a functioning freezer.
• The curtains were visibly dirty.
• The internet stopped working entirely on the first night.
• After requesting a room change, the new room presented even more issues.
• Most disturbingly, a shirtless man entered our room right after my daughter had walked in. Thankfully, my husband was inside, and the man left immediately. This was extremely alarming and unacceptable.

I have photographic evidence of the poor conditions and am willing to provide it upon request. Given the number and severity of the problems we encountered—including safety concerns—we believe we are fully entitled to a refund
