The staff were exceptionally kind, the location was amazing and the breakfast was brilliant. The beds were comfortable and the room clean and a good size.

I was nervous booking a place with such high reviews after reading about hotel scams. I can confirm this Booking was legit and it's a real hotel with very friendly staff (hi Zofia) and comfy bed. We didn't do the breakfast option but with that, there are plenty of options nearby.

We spent 4 nights in Hanoi (I'd say it was 1 too many.)

Absolutely amazing staff, especially the wonderful girls on the front desk. So accommodating, looking after every need. Very polite. Best breakfast.

I mostly enjoyed my day. The location was good. My bed was comfortable. The room was cleaned every day. And the staff and reception were fantastically helpful. Dan in particular. He helped me book a cheaper Ha Long Bay cruise. They also did my laundry for me very cheaply.

Best place to stay in Hanoi, great location, the staff is too kind, we feel like at home. Good breakfast, the staff Quinn n Sofía so lovely girls, always doing her best too feel so comfy

The best staff in the world!!!
I’m very happy to be writing this review as we had the most amazing stay at Eliana Premio hotel. The hotel is situated in a perfect position being in the old quarter you are close to everything, Train street is within walking distance as are most of the museums, shops, restaurants and bars. The hotel itself is quite quirky, very clean and comfortable. The absolute best thing tho is the service from all the staff, that is from the charming young men who attentively opens the doors, carry your bags, welcomes you to breakfast etc to the amazing girls and one sweet young man at the front desk who go above and beyond to make your stay so special. Nothing is to much trouble. A huge thanks goes out to Ruby and gang for tirelessly finding me the most amazing trips, being so patient and making everything so easy. The best parts of our day was spending time in the lobby with these fantastic, exceptionally endearing young people. We will come back to Vietnam just to see them!! You all made our holiday unforgettable! Thank you.

We had a great stay here.
The room was spacious with a great shower. The beds & pillows were fantastic & we slept really well.
Breakfast was really good too with a large selection to choose from.
The best thing about staying here was the staff who were really eager to please.
I must make a special mention to the ladies on reception, Ruby, Ivy & Anne. They were exceptional so helpful & friendly with arranging everything we needed.
We will definitely stay here agsin next time we are in Hanoi.

The staff are the highlight at this hotel. Miss Ruby, Ann and the team are so welcoming and helpful and just nice humans. They are keen to know how things can be improved. They always gave a warm welcome every time I walked into reception and made a lovely surprise for my birthday.
