Pros:

Cama muito confortável, chuveiro ótimo. Tudo muito limpo.
O café da manhã é razoável.
Os funcionários são gentis e prestativos.
A localização é excelente, muito perto das estações de metrô República e Los Heroes.
Para quem gosta de caminhar, é possível ir para o Centro (Palácio de La Moneda, Plaza de Armas etc) caminhando cerca de 15 minutos.
A hora do vinho (entre as 19h e as 20h) é bastante agradável com música ambiente e degustação de vinho grátis.
Dica para os brasileiros q usam o cartão Wise, é possível pagar o metrô diretamente sem necessidade de adquirir o cartão Bip 😉
Na minha opinião é um excelente custo benefício

Good basic hotel with good location
Pros:

nice location near Repunlic metrostop. Barrio has some life & restaurants nearby. Good value for money. Easy to reach from airport by centropuerto bus.

Cons:

Only grievance would be low water pressure (got room in top floor) otherwise it was all good for the money spent (50ish USD/night)

Wonderful boutique hotel with homely atmosphere.

The staff especially Andrea and Tanya were so helpful and hospitable. Went out of their way to ensure we enjoyed our stay. Great value. We are going back there most happily.
