Cons:

The staff was very bad.. very rude, and the day we had check out was bharat band and the staff didnt even tell us a word it’s and we doubt you might get anything to or anything coz in Bangalore even if its band some store be still open but didnt knew kerala would be like completely closed!!

良い施設なのにもったいない
Pros:

広い部屋で清潔。
庭からの景色はのんびりするために最高です。
スタッフはみなさん親切でした。
お湯がちゃんと出てWi-Fiも問題ない。

Cons:

部屋からは湖は見えない。
せっかく良い庭があるのに、掃除が徹底されていないためあちこちに小さなゴミが落ちていてきれいに感じられない。
部屋にアメニティは無くトイレットペーパーも無かった。
周囲に何も無くレストランも無いので食事のために片道1km位歩く必要がある。デリバリーもあるが、UberEatsは使えません。zomatoなどインドのアプリが必要ですね。

An okish place, definitely cannot be called a resort. Waterfront yes definitely!
Pros:

No complimentary breakfast if you are booking through booking.com. The place is a big house transformed into so called resort. It would be good if you are booking all the rooms for ur family. A wedding happened when we checked in so you could not expect privacy or anything. The place is very close to Kollam beach so ya tat was the only perk
