Ils sont coopératifs et s'efforcent de satisfaire les clients..
L'Iftar (le repas de rupture du jeûne) est excellent, mais honnêtement, c'est cher. Le repas d'avant l'aube (suhoor) aurait dû être inclus dans la même facture pour ceux qui jeûnaient.

Cons:

Il n'y avait pas de navettes entre l'hôtel et la Grande Mosquée.

Really Good!
Pros:

Best hotel with best location. if you are young you can easily reach haram by walking. by taxi only 3 minutes. Hotel is clean and spacious rooms.

location is bad , cannot walk to haram even by road (hotel shuttle) it takes more then 20-30min and while returning its like you cannot come back so easy

Pros:

الفندق جميل جدا ونظيف الجلسات مريحة فى الاستقبال والغرف نظيفة ومتوفر بها كل شىء والموقع فى شارع ابراهيم الخليل حوالى 20 الى 30 دقيقة مشى الى الحرم وهو شىء مناسب جدا فى العشر الاواخر من رمضان مع اغلاق معظم طرق السيارات المؤدية للحرم واود ان اتوجه بشكر خاص لاستاذه اوروجوان فى الاستقبال حيث كانت قمة فى الرقى والذوق منذ الاستقبال وتسهيل الدخول وحتى المغادرة

Disappointed Ramadhan 2026 Too far from haram No shuttle service No WiFi
Pros:

Clean hotel, spacious room, friendly check in

Cons:

There is no shuttle bus to the haram. Throughout my stay I only saw the shuttle once! When I did use it, it dropped me half way telling me I had to change buses.
We just walked. The road is very busy. Took 1 hour walk each way. It was exhausting especially after a day of worship at the haram in Ramadhan.
There was also no working WiFi. I reported this to reception a number of times and was just told that they will look into it. The WiFi didn't work throughout my stay so I brought a Saudi mobile SIM.
The room is noisy. Traffic from the main road can be heard disturbing sleep.
There is no room service.
Overall I would not recommend due to distance from haram, no reliable shuttle and no working WiFi
