호텔 외관은 괜찮고 직원분들 친절도가 엄청 좋습니다. 특히 로비에 여자분은 한국말도 배우시는 것 같고 친절합니다. 조식 종류 다양하고 인니스타일입니다. 몰도 가깝고 좋은데. 수압 약하고 방안에 인터폰 없고, 이불과 베게는 냄새가 나고 방은 낡았고, 청소 상태 별로입니다. 방도 바꿨는데... 환불 가능하면 돈 더주고 다른곳 가고 싶었습니다.

I am delighted to offer the top rating because of many reasons. They gave my request for room allocation their full consideration. I slept very well, thanks to them. I liked the cleanliness of the room. The hotel manager is very customer friendly and considerate which made my stay at the hotel most pleasant. The hotel staff are always attentive to customer needs. The hotel is near the shopping and dining facility which is very convenient. When I make a trip to Jakarta, I can not think of any other hotel. I would like to convey my deepest appreciation to them.

The AC was leaking. I told reception and they never repaired it. My room had a terrible smell and there was no AC in common areas. The hotel is old and in bad conditions.
