Очень доброжелательный и гостеприимный персонал, отдельное спасибо за раннее заселение, потрясающий вид с балкона на горы, вкусные завтраки, удобное расположение. Так же хотелось бы поблагодарить сотрудника Романа за теплый прием и внимательное отношение к гостям отеля!

Pros:

Зупинялись у цьому готелі під час поїздки до Тбілісі. Дуже сподобалось розташування — поруч центр і цікаві локації. Номер був чистий, комфортний, все необхідне є. Персонал привітний і завжди готовий допомогти.
Особливо сподобалась атмосфера місця та близькість до річки — дуже колоритно.
В цілому залишились задоволені, гарний варіант для подорожі 👍

Pros:

Everything was really great! I especially want to mention Rashid and Turan, they were always so helpful and did their best to accommodate us. Whether it was adjusting breakfast time or fixing the hot water issue, they responded quickly and everything was sorted within minutes.
The beds are very comfortable, the view from the terrace is amazing, and the breakfast is varied. The location is also very convenient.
After check-out, we were able to leave our luggage there, which helped us a lot. Later, when our Bolt app wasn’t working, they kindly called a taxi for us and even covered the cost which genuinely surprised me and really touched me.
I really hope to come back to Tbilisi and stay at Brooch Boutique Hotel again.
Thanks again to Rashid and Turan, hope to see you again! 😊

Pros:

Отель с отличным расположением в центре старого города. Хотелось бы выразить благодарность персоналу за дружелюбие и отзывчивость. Все объяснят, свободно владеют как русским, так и английским языком. Вкусные завтраки. Уборка номера каждый день, есть все необходимое. У нашего номера был шикарный вид на город. Однозначно вернемся и рекомендуем. Отдельное спасибо Роману)

Очень понравилось пребывание в этом отеле. Удобное расположение, чистые и уютные номера. Хочу отдельно отметить сотрудника на ресепшене Рашида — очень вежливый, внимательный и профессиональный. Он помог со всеми вопросами, дал отличные советы. Обязательно вернемся сюда еще раз.

Очень приветливый, внимательный персонал. Нам предложили бесплатный upgrade комнаты, на все наши просьбы отзывались быстро, и действительно решали наши вопросы. После долгой прогулки по городу, по возвращению в отель нам предлагали чай/кофе, мы чувствовали себя как дома. Так же хотим отметить чудесный завтрак. Разнообразно и вкусно: особенно мои запеченая тыква, оладьи и мед. Еще есть кофемашина и фрукты к завтраку. И вода в комнате каждый день, что важно.

Cons:

Нам все понравилось. Район хороший, немного, правда, идти вверх, но совсем чуть-чуть. Вай фай немного слабоват, но не критично. Может просто у нас в комнате так ловило. В остальном - супер!

Всё было на вышем уровне, очень комфортно и уютно, красивый номер и вид шикарный, отдельное спосибо Роме, он нас очень хорошо принял,был очень вежливым и дружелюбным, ешё был хорошый и разнообразный хавтрик, короче всё идеально.
