Great facilities but we did not get what we paid for.

Great facilities (bar, breakfast, etc.). Great location by the sea. Neighbourhood not very walkable

Cons:

We booked a queen bed plus an additional bed for our son. When we got to the hotel past 12am, his bed was not made. There were no sheets for his bed and no towel for him to take a shower early in the morning.

When I mentioned this during check out. I was simply told "thank you for your feedback, we will pass it along".

Not the type of feedback I was hoping to hear. We paid for something that we did not get. We are entitled to a partial refund.

Room service horrível, telefone não funcionava, serviço digital também não. Isso estava tenebroso .
Achei a piscina muito suja, vidro da piscina todo sujo manchado.P/ ser um hotel novo, achei muitoooo descuidado nos detalhes.

a good choice for a well run waterfront hotel
Pros:

Location in central Recife and facing the harbor is ideal. Staff are pleasant and helpful. Room was spacious. Housekeeping staff did an excellent job of keeping the hotel clean. Balcony side rooms are a good value for the view. Breakfast variety was good and the coffee fantastic. Breakfast staff provide exceptional service for such a large hotel.
