RIG Colonial Experience

Location is good, and staff was friendly and helpfull

During my stay, the Wi-Fi signal was consistently weak, and there was no hot water available for showering. On my final night, I had an unpleasant interaction with the front desk receptionist, who was rude and argumentative when I inquired about a guest visiting me. He also refused to provide his name when requested. Despite this negative encounter, I want to acknowledge that the rest of the staff were very friendly, professional, and helpful throughout my stay.

La estancia fue maravillosa desde el checking Zeus nos recibió y nos dio todas las informaciones que teníamos que saber para que nuestra estancia sea placentera, un 10 de 10 para el y en el desayuno Nancy nos atendió de maravilla además de que todo estaba riquísimo y una variedad excelente. En general buen servicio de todos incluyendo a Joseph también en recepción y las habitaciones muy lindas, limpias y espaciosas, lo único es que agregaría un espejo en la habitación además de eso todo desde inicio hasta fin 10/10.

Near the colonial park was able to enjoy the nightlife, the area is very safe ...breakfast was good. Highly recommended

ha sido una experiencia muy lamentable, el lugar para desayunar esta en la azotea sin ventanas,llovia mucho y todo estaba lleno de agua incluida la comida, las bebidas, las tazas los platos todo estaba inundado, la persona encargada no hizo nada para ofrecer ni tan siquiera un cafe solo sonreia, agradecemos mucho al joven del dia anterior de nacionalidad haitina que fue muy amable, nos subio las 4 maletas a la habitacion y la habitacion estaba limpia y comoda

Muy buena experiencia, limpio, el personal amable y atento. Altamente recomendable, además está en ciudad colonial y muy fácil llegar al malecón y al centro histórico.

Positive aspects: excellent location. Walking distance to Malecon and Colonial highlights. Staff at reception was friendly and very helpful. Wonderful rooftop pool with nice view. Breakfast is surprisingly good. We received a bottle of wine. That was super nice.

On the not so good side this hotel’s renovation is clearly not finished. There are exposed breaker boxes next to water pipes. Air conditioning dripping water above electrical plugs. USB plugs not working. Overall pretty bad condition and I believe unsafe in terms of the electrical/water hazards. I think this little hotel has tremendous potential but needs work.

Limpio y bien, solo no funciona el wifi, terrible y no tiene elevador para que lo contemplen

We loved this hotel except for the bedside tables. They are Bluetooth enabled and would not stop beeping all night long. The room is too smart, the fridge and everything else turns off to save power when you leave the room with the card which means nothing in the fridge stays cold and your phone won’t charge when you leave… but it’s a beautiful hotel with an awesome terrace. We would go back.

Nos encantó nuestra estadía. Todo muy limpio. El personal excelente, especialmente las chicas de limpieza y del área del desayuno. El desayuno muy bueno y completo, muy variado todos los días.

Hotel próximo ao centro histórico, casa antiga que foi reformada e transformada num hotel com quartos bem modernos. Limpeza impecável, café da manhã excelente, atendimento ótimo. Voltaria com certeza!
