The photos showed trees so I thought my room would be facing the street but I was on the other side. Actually, that turned out to be great because it was very quiet and I was able to sleep without any distractions.

The check in process was a little frustrating. I had messaged twice to say we would be earlier than check in time of 3pm and could we leave bags. They said yes but when arriving at 7am there was no one on the '24 hr' desk and then it was incredibly hard to get hold of anyone. I recommend if the security staff need to leave the desk they put a notice on the door to inform guests as we had 3 bags we had to lug around until 9am.

Other than this the stay was perfect really.

I had a very disappointing experience at this accommodation in Mexico City. We contacted them about a month in advance to request an early check-in. While they informed us the room was booked, they assured us they would prioritize cleaning to make it available early. However, when we arrived at 7 a.m., the doorman had no idea about our arrival. It’s worth mentioning that they claim to have a 24-hour reception, but in reality, it’s just a Spanish-speaking doorman who seems uninformed about the situation.

We left our luggage there and went out, only to be told later via text that the room wouldn’t be ready until 3 p.m. Communication was chaotic—I spoke to at least three different people, and they even gave me the contact of a property manager who was off that day. Eventually, they confirmed on WhatsApp that everything was ready, so we returned to the building, but the door lady told us the room was still not ready at 2:30 p.m. To make matters worse, there was a woman on-site who claimed not to work there but was actually filling in for the property manager—it was very strange and unprofessional.

While waiting, my partner went to the terrace, and the doorman watched them on camera as if they were a thief. When we finally saw the room, it was nothing like the photos on Booking.com. The windows faced other rooms, meaning we had to keep the blinds closed the entire time for privacy.

This was by far the worst organizational experience I’ve ever had. The staff made no effort to improve the situation and didn’t even offer an apology. I definitely do not recommend staying here.

It could get a bit noisy in the morning because of the the sounds coming from the street. But nothing that really bothered me

The host was very communicative prior to our arrival, but not responsive to us once we got there.
There was no parking included, but there is a paid lot across the street.
It can get noisy due to the construction of the building with different units facing one another.
No air conditioning or screens on the windows, but we were comfortable with the fan provided.

The bathroom / hallways could have used more coat hooks to hang our towels and clothing, and perhaps a luggage stand for us to put our bags.

No hot water for shower, the night I checked in there was no electricity.

The trash can in the bathroom is too small…
Also, the shower is a bit difficult to control the temperature and heat up pretty slow.

Not great communication. We wasted hours trying to get in contact to get the key.
our whatsapp messages and calls were ignored until we got a response to contact someone else.
