La atención del personal, la comodidad del cuarto, el clima y la ubicación.
Nada que decir al respecto. Solamente 10/10
I love the staff, they are the nicest bunch of hard working people. Always smiling and ready to help in any way possible.
The food is great, salmon beautiful, steak melts in your mouth.
The children tend to be very noisy and it is disturbing to hear them scream in the restaurant. This should never happen in the restaurant or lobby as every room can hear the noise
The staff were completely wonderful, personable and hospitable. The breakfast menu was varied and delicious. We stayed an entire month and were always excited to order every morning because there were so many delicious options. The location was superb, easy walking to almost everything we did in the town.
The rooms at the very front of the hotel can be a bit noisy during times of festivities out on the street, (or when the jazz bar across the street has a band and a full crowd... often great music honestly,) but almost every night where that was an issue, it was quiet by 11pm. If you are a person who needs quiet earlier in the evening, ask for a room in the back courtyard (which is completely delightful)!!!
The hotel has a lovely restaurant where guests obtain an included breakfast. The allowance for breakfast is very generous and the available options are varied and delicious. There are local options and options for U.S. visitors.
My group is used to having coffee available earlier than 8:30 a.m. On the other hand, coffee options (American and French Press) were very nice. The only issue we had was with noise in the evenings. Rooms in the front of the hotel are adjacent to the street where there can be a lot of sound from the lively streets, bars, fiestas, etc. For the most part the sound died down between 9 and 10 p.m. but there were several nights where it was pretty noisy for longer.
The staff was wonderful and professional In every sense of the word.
The food was delicious!
Booking.com charged me way over what was originally agreed to. Not happy about that so I will be looking into it further.
The location is excellent. The breakfast could be improved and more generous.
The breakfast
Todo el hotel su personal muy amables habitaciones muy cómodas y bonito y céntrico sí volvería nos agradó
A lovely place to stay. The staff are very friendly.
The fireworks for the festival that continued all night.
The staff were friendly / unbelievable. After a couple of days I felt like family. The food was very good and the location was perfect, I highly recommend it. Excellent value for the money.
Bigger bathroom, but that was my choice.
Great location. New.
Sterile.
The staff was super friendly and attentive. The room was clean and comfortable
Because it’s close to the town square, there was noise at night from the holiday celebrations. I recommended staying there during non-holiday times unless you don’t mind noise from the square at night.
Perfect location close to everything
Good location, good staff, nice comfortable room
