Boa surpresa em Kyoto
Pros:

O hotel é bonito e bem limpo. Para os padrões japoneses, o quarto é espaçoso e com janelas grandes que permitem uma boa iluminação natural. Embora não avise na reserva, o hotel oferece um café da manhã simples, mas gostoso, na recepção. Foi uma grata surpresa! A localização é ótima, perto do metrô, com um ponto de ônibus bem na frente e a alguns minutos de caminhada para a região de Pontocho, com muitos bares e restaurantes. A equipe foi bastante prestativa. Tive um problema de saúde e o recepcionista foi muito solicito me ajudando a entrar em contato com o hospital.

Superb location and a great hotel to stay for touring Kyoto
Pros:

This is an attractive business style hotel with smallish rooms but very comfortable and clean. All the reception staff were extremely helpful and welcoming. The laundry came in handy as we were staying a number of nights. We had no issues at all with the combined washer/dryer and there was always a staff member to assist us. The complimentary breakfasts of breads, pastries, cheese and jams were a nice touch and perfectly adequate and the all day coffee was great. The location of this hotel is superb and an easy walk to the river, train stations, buses, parks and temples.

Pros:

Great location, close to the river and the city. Lots of good restaurants close by. Bus stop right outside the front of the hotel to take you to Kyoto station. Train station 15 min walk away. 30 minute walk to Teamlabs and the markets.

Muy contenta de haber elegido este hotel.
Pros:

Cómoda, amplia, bien ubicada.

Cons:

La lavandería solo cuenta con 2 Lavarropas por lo que hay que lavar fuera. Lo bueno que ha una lavandería a media cuadra 24 hs abierta.

L'emplacement est fabuleux près du quartier Gion et des principaux temples. Chambre très confortable et le petit plus un petit déjeuner léger offert jusqu'à 9h30 ainsi qu'un accès pour collation 24H/24H.
La laverie autonome dans l'hôtel est également appréciée.
Je retournerai dans cet hôtel lors d'un prochain séjour à Kyoyo.

Great place to stay at a reasonable price, staff are friendly and the rooms are clean and modern
Pros:

It was clearly mentioned at check in that the breakfast was small and complementary, but it was sufficient and consisted of a pastry and hot drink which was enough to get you going. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the room was clean, modern and comfortable. Compared to other hotels in Kyoto the price was very good.

Cons:

The hotel is great and there wasn't anything we didn't like, maybe a vending machine to provide additional snacks (not just chocolate and drinks).

Pros:

Tatilin ilk dakikasından son dakikasına kadar güler yüzlü personelleri vardı. Her sorumuza çözüm bulmaya çalıştılar. Odamız her zaman temizdi. Havlular ve yan ürünler her gün yenilendi. Ayrıca oda oldukça genişti. Kahvaltı yelpazesi çeşitli değil ama olan ürünler yeterliydi.
