Stay well away from this place!
Pros:

I travelled here with my two children.
Upon checking into our room there was an immediate foul smell. I discovered it was coming from the bathroom, a sewage smell absolutely disgusting. I addressed this with reception, who told me their maintenance service were not located at the property and would not be able to come today. They were no further rooms available for us to stay. She asked what I wanted to do, I told her this was prepaid through Booking.com and said the room was unfit for purpose therefore we wanted to leave with a refund. She spoke with her manager who said that was fine, and asked me to email them directly. I was satisfied with this and the lady was nice and seemed genuine.
I booked another property through Booking.com and we left. I emailed in as requested and still have not received a refund. I have called too and was told I would get a call back and have not.

I should have read reviews on tripadvisor before I booked. Same sort of comments and they don't get back to you.
Stay well away from this hotel. I have been onto Booking.com about this and they have also tried to reach the hotel and get no reply.

Value for money but bathroom smelled so bad so wouldn’t say again
Pros:

We had top floor room - triple room with kitchenette. Room was spacious and decorated nice. We were able to get a decent sleep.

Cons:

The shower door fell off (we managed to fix it) and the smell from the toilet was horrible, so so bad

Pros:

5 минут пешком от метро Finsbury park, откуда 20 минут до Темзы, 1 час до Гатвика на прямом поезде. В номере кухня, холодильник, микроволновая печь, плита с духовкой, можно готовить. Отопления нет, но есть кондиционер и электробатарея, этого хватало зимой. Район ок. Улица тихая. Рядом Lidl. Заселение без проблем, номер большой. Это такой дом с апартаментами, всегда есть кто то на ресепшн. Все новое. Все понравилось.

Additional fees applied- parking, no warning prior was told they changed their free parkimg to chargeable.

Bedding smelt like smoke.

Shower was leaky.

Rooms were not very sound proof.

Good for the price.
Pros:

Kitchen space is really nice, the property was aesthetically pleasing and in a good location, check in was quick and easy, 24hr staff and were polite and welcoming.

Cons:

Parking was overpriced, the shower was warm and took a few mins to warm up. I had an option for an upgrade to a double deluxe when booking so I did and once we arrived we were put into a room with 3 single beds as the so said “upgrade” very confusing as I specifically booked a room with a double bed. Mattresses are ok.

Pros:

Clean, in a very good location. From Heathrow, you could take the Piccadilly line and be at Finsbury Park station, just a 5-minute walk from the property. Nice room. Nice area a lot of things to do. Many shops restaurants etc in a walking distance. Cheap!

Cons:

The communication was not very good. They did not answer the phone number provided by Booking, and replies on WhatsApp were quite delayed. One day the key card stopped working and, luckily, a very kind cleaning lady let me in, but I couldn’t find anyone to fix the issue. After almost 3 hours, someone finally showed up.

When you book, I strongly recommend asking for 2–3 emergency contact numbers in advance.

The bathroom was cold, but not excessively so. There was noise from the neighboring apartments, but this is quite common in most English houses.
