Voor de hoge prijs hadden we meer verwacht.

De locatie is top!

Cons:

Kamer 1 vonden we niet fijn ingedeeld. Beide paar keer gestruikeld over alle opstapjes. Daarnaast deed de grote douchekop het niet goed. Hij spoot over de glazenwand heen en hing ook erg hoog. Het bed en kussen lagen niet top. Matras liep niet binnen toe en kussens erg slap. Daarnaast kan de kamer wel een verf beurt gebruiken.

de kamer was erg gezellig, we voelden ons thuis, locatie was prima en genoeg leuke barretjes en ontbijt plekjes in de straat.

Cons:

Het was erg gehorig, s'nachts leek het wel alsof een andere hotelgast bij ons binnen was, zo gehorig en dichtbij klonk het.

Facile d'accès depuis les avenues d'Utrecht, tout en restant tout proche du magnifique centre de la ville. Chambre très calme et grande douche.

Cons:

Lits un peu mou. Absence totale de contact humain avec un check-in automatique et les clés dématérialisées.

Auf den ersten Blick ganz hübsch. Neues Bad, ruhige Lage mit Bushaltestelle zum Bahnhof ( also wenn ein Bus denn fährt)

Alle Wände sind aus Pappe. Man hört jedes der 7 anderen Zimmer. Auch das Restaurant unten solang bis alle schlafen und weg sind…

Zimmer an sich: Kissen erinnern an aufblasbare Reisekissen, Fenster undicht, Gerüst davor - lies sich nicht öffnen, Reinigung kam nur im Bad der Rest wurde nicht angefasst. Fototapete löste sich schon von der Wand

Die Website zum Zimmer aufsperren ging einen Abend nicht an der „Notfallnummer“ ging keiner ran. Eine Stunde später gings dann wieder.. die Restaurant Mitarbeiter haben in ihren Möglichkeiten geholfen..

Heel mooi groot. Heel leuk en modern ingericht. Mag wat schoner en puntjes op de i.

Superfijn met een AH om de hoek. Grote kamer, bijna appartement. Leuk ingericht.

Cons:

Stof op de plinten. De kraan zat wat los en de stop zorgde ervoor dat de wastafel volliep. Heb ik er af gehaald, geen idee wat de bedoeling was.

Goede en flexibele plek voor nachtje Utrecht

Comfortabele bedden, fijne douche en lekkere koffie. Mogelijkheid tot late check-out en kunnen inchecken wanneer je wilt, is handig (wij hadden een feestje in Utrecht en kwamen pas ‘‘s avonds laat bij het hotel). De buurt is leuk, er zitten enkele leuke horecagelegenheden

Cons:

Informatie over gratis parkeren bleek gedateerd. Alleen op PR Overvecht kun je in de buurt gratis staan. Geen enkele reactie op pogingen tot contact via app. Dat is jammer want maak het al snel onpersoonlijk

Prachtig gebouw en ligging, maar zeer slechte service

hygiënisch, mooie uitstraling.

Cons:

Ik had geen ontbijt, als ik die wilde reserveren moest ik al mijn gegevens digitaal invoeren. De koelkast vast dichtgevroren, de lampjes van de drempel zaten los. Het bed kraakte enorm. Het was gehorig vanuit de andere kamers. In de ochtend wilde ik van het prachtige apparaat koffie of thee pakken, maar deze werkte niet. Bij een badhuis verwacht ik beschikbare kwalitatief goede shampoo e.d., maar dit was goedkoop spul. Ik kon geen diner bestellen op mijn kamer, en ik kon ook niet naar het restaurant omdat deze niet is verbonden met het hotel. Ik moest digitaal inchecken en kon met mijn vragen bij niemand terecht. er was geen bestek of servies beschikbaar om mijn eigen eten te nuttigen.
