Terrible customer service. Our bathroom light was broken and never got fixed for our entire stay

Location is very close to the beach and the main bus station

Cons:

All services is 100% digitised, so communication is very difficult to go through, only messaging through whatsApp, and cannot call customer service directly. Our bathroom light fixture was broken, so we requested for services through messaging on WhatsApp multiple times, but never received any services and our bathroom light never got fixed for our entire stay of 2 nights.

Ubicación.

Cons:

La clave no funcionó para entrar a la habitación .Llamamos muchas veces a las 11 de la noche y nos contestó un señor ( las llamadas están grabadas ) estuvo mal educado . Y nos cortó el teléfono y no nos volvió a contestar por al menos 40 min . Que fue que otro personal nos contestó la llamada y solucionó amablemente el problema . Estuvimos a punto de llamar a la policía porque ni decíamos respuesta de su servicio 24 horas .

En general estuvo bien, el sitio es tranquilo y con piscina, para pasar una noche está bien.

Que está muy céntrico y muy cerca de la playa.

Que el código de acceso de la entrada exterior sea igual que el de la habitación. Me parece poco seguro. Cualquiera puede verlo marcar.
