Grandioser Aufenthalt
Pros:

Die Zimmer sind vom feinsten und mit Blick aufs Detail eingerichtet, mit grandiosem Ausblick . Die Bar ist fancy & top. Der SPA Bereich und ganz besonders der wunderbar warme große Pool mit Blick über Osaka. Selten solch ein professionelles & freundliches Personal in alles Bereichen.

Dojima exception !
Pros:

This has to be the nicest hotel in have ever stayed in. Superlative details in this recently newly opened hotel in Dojima.
Super comfortable bed, corner bath with spectacular views over the river. Putting up the full electric blinds opened a whole city-wide vista. Add a sun rise ..oh boy!

Pros:

Four Seasons was worth staying at, central to where we needed but most of all the team were so helpful and made our stay very easy enjoyable.

Enjoyable stay but wouldn’t return!
Pros:

The hotel is absolutely beautiful and the design and decor are stunning. The rooms and facilities are elegant and the overall atmosphere is nice, as you would expect from a Four Seasons. The staff we interacted with were always polite and lovely people

Cons:

The location was a bit annoying. It’s a 15-20 minute drive to the centre. Also compared to other Four Seasons properties around the world, I didn’t feel this one quite lived up to the same standard of service. In the restaurants especially, my partner and I often felt a bit overlooked. As the youngest guests in the room most of the time being both 22, we sometimes had to make quite an effort to get the attention of staff while other tables around us seemed to receive more attentive service. The staff themselves were all kind, but this difference in attentiveness was noticeable during our stay. In one circumstance our table wasn’t fully laid out and we were the only ones not to get the bread service (not that this actually matters just an example!), we had to physically get up to ask for the bill as we had a flight to catch and were over trying to catch the many of staff around us attention. Not to say the staff weren’t lovely just a bit frustrating when we were the only ones being left like this.

Stunning, worth the stay, worth the money
Pros:

AMAZING ! Staff were brilliant, super helpful and courteous, rooms were stunning as were the views. Location was great, we walked around a lot. The Bar for drinks and snacks was super delicious and cozy, we loved the atmosphere of this hotel and the staff.
