Cons:

Zimmer war nicht fertig. Es gab offene Steckdosen, wir mussten 1h warten bis das Licht in unserem Zimmer ging da die Sicherung ständig rausgefallen ist. Die Öffnung der Klimaanlage war komplett offen und hatte keine Abdeckung.
Im Bad waren überall schwarze lange Haare

Personnel sympathique, chambre et literie confortable. Très belle vue depuis le restaurant

Cons:

Le checkout est prévu à 10h. A partir de 8:45 et ce plusieurs fois jusqu'à 10h, le service de ménage frappe à la porte en nous indiquant qu'il faut partir..
Les finitions de la chambre restent à désirer : cache manquant, plinthes manquantes. Pas à la hauteur du prix payé par nuit

Pros:

I like everything this was my third time staying there . They have Parking also which is good since we travel with our own car . They also have a nice restaurant with very good food and responsabile prices .

I think of maybe A kettle in the room 😊 would be nice

Modernes haus, schöne zimmer. alles sauber, einige details müssten noch fertiggestellt werden!

Cons:

angestellte haben um 0.00uhr das haus ziemlich laut verlassen! + wurder der müll früh morgens hinter dem parkplatz verbrannt! 🫣

Best to climb Etna, not far from Catane
Pros:

A brand new hotel / restaurant, ideal location to climb Etna.
Good restaurant with a great view of Catane, tasty breakfast and above all a very kind staff ready to make your stay as fine as possible. We have also appreciate the possibility to have sandwiches to hike Etna.
Big parking available and great view of Catane and AEtna
