Pros:

Good location and basic but comfortable room

Cons:

Room was on the lower ground floor and on arrival the corridor was filled with rubbish bags and the hallway carpets were badly stained. There was a small green light on the ceiling of the room that created a lot of light at nighttime and made it difficult to sleep.

I wouldn't stay again. Online the images looked new and clean in reality it was tired.

Short walk to the tube,

Cons:

Didn't enjoy the fact that there are no staff onsite. Lifts were out of order, there was rubbish bags left in the corridor. the bathroom smelt of sewage and the room was freezing even with he heating on full. If your looking for something cheap its fine but it wasn't at the standard assumed from the photos. I only stayed 1/3 nights. Moved to another hotel. If you have any issues you have to whatsap an AI bot rather than speak to real person.

Pros:

It was clean but the gym was 20-25 mins away from the hotel, I booked this place because it said it has gym, unfortunately in a heavy rain I wouldn’t like to spend 45 mins both ways walking to the gym 😂 I think it’s quite important to mention that on the page. Plus the breakfast place is 8 min away, quite lovely, à la cart.

Estadia muito agradável, num ambiente calmo, com ótima localização e staff atencioso.
Pros:

Espaço muito agradável e calmo, localizado numa zona tranquila, ideal para descansar. A localização é boa, perto de transportes públicos (comboio e metro) e supermercados. O staff foi sempre muito atencioso e disponível. Gostei especialmente do cuidado de terem adaptadores de tomada para quem vem do estrangeiro, um detalhe simples mas muito útil. Recomendo!

It's conviniet and well located for a fast travel into town

Cons:

The rooms, and especially the toilet, is so cramped and small taht havin two suitcases is almost impossible to move around. The lift was broken and getting to the bottom floor was a sheer nightmare. For the size of the room, the absence of any personal this is still overpriced.

Buona posizione a fianco di una zona bellissima (Holland Park). Ho preso una stanza piccola, singola, poiché viaggiavo sola e per lavoro. Nonostante le dimensioni davvero ridotte della stanza, non solo non mancava nulla, ma c'erano tutta una serie di piccole amenities come ad esempio il sacchetto di tela con 2 adattatori e la borsa di tela utilizzabile durante il soggiorno, che ho trovato due nice touches.

Cons:

C'erano 2 cuscini entrambi troppo duri. Suggerisco di dare agli ospiti la scelta tra un cuscino duro ed uno morbido. Purtroppo, questo ha compromesso la qualità del mio sonno. Ho chiesto se potessero sostituire o procurare un cuscino diverso, ma la mia richiesta non è stata soddisfatta.
