Pros:

Hotel is ok just for 1 night but they need do more...for example, they dont have bar soap, no shampoo only bath gel, AC not cold and ac remote doesn't work, something like this need focus.

Disappointing
Pros:

The staffs were friendly and nice specially the securities and housekeepers, however for the size of the room and facilities it was overpriced.

i have a good time at Tulungagung
Pros:

it is located at great location.love the breakfast at rooftop level and breakfast selection varies.the coffee is good too.

Cons:

the room that i stayed,the sound of the air-cond kinda interrupting my sleep( maybe due for maintenance) other than that everything is fine.

Cons:

Some minor issues encountered during the stay:

- air conditioner leakage
- foul smell in the toilet when the fan is turned on (might have something to do with the sewer exhaust fan, maybe located too near to fresh air intake?)
- rusty soap holders
- would be good if there’s a bit more variety of food for breakfast

Clean and modern vibe, very comfy and the location/entrance that's away from the busy street
Pros:

Loving the modern and hi-tech facilities compared to other local hotels. Super clean(maybe cause it's new) and I hope they will maintain the cleanliness of the hotel and amenities.

Cons:

The only issue was there was no in-room mini fridge to keep drinks chilled.
