Not getting into our accommodation until 4pm was very annoying and would not want to do it again
Pros:

Location was good. Premises kept very clean. Safe place to stay. Check-in time of 4pm is ridiculous !

Cons:

The worst thing about our trip was that we could not get into out apartment until 4pm. This was advertised but I had requested an earlier check-in time by email and also by telephone. I was not promised it and when we arrived at 11.30am after being travelling for hours we were very disappointed that we could not get to our apartment. There was no where to change into fresh clothes only to take our cases along by the pool to the sea end of the complex and change in toilets there....it was very bad for a 5star property. It immediately put a bad feeling for the rest of our stay. The guy who delt with us in reception was not rude but also not one bit helpful. This is the lasting memory of the premises and would stop me going there again unless I had a later flight. 4pm is too late to check-in for any accommodation !!

Très bon camp de base pour une famille en vacances dans l'Algarve.
Pros:

Appartement grand, très bien équipé, confortable. Nous étions en hiver donc n'avons pas profité des piscines mais les infrastructures ont l'air très bonnes. Commerces à proximité.

Cons:

Rien qui ne mérite d'être indiqué.

Rundum gelungen, wir kommen wieder!
Pros:

Das Gesamtpaket ist absolut stimmig. Ausgezeichnete Lage und Ausstattung. Die Wohnungen sind neu und sehr gepflegt. Die Damen vom Zimmerservice extrem nett und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Es gibt lediglich 2 kleine Dinge die noch geändert werden sollten.
Leider fehlt eine Garderobe. Es besteht keine Möglichkeit die Jacken aufzuhängen.
Beim TV wäre es super, wenn für deutsche Gäste noch ARD und ZDF programmiert werden könnten. Mit RTL ist leider nur ein deutschsprachiger Sender verfügbar.

Nice but would rather stay in a hotel with more facilities.
Pros:

The property overall was nice. The apartment had all the essentials.

Cons:

We lost hot water twice during a three day stay and the engineers were called out and each time we had to wait over an hour for water.

In the last day this happened just as we need to get ready and showered to head to the airport. We asked for another room to least shower and there was nothing that they could offer even though there was probably max 10 people staying there! There was a power cut so not only we couldn’t shower we had to lights and got ready in the dark!

During the rainy days there is nothing indoors in these apartments so it’s pretty boring!

Stunning!
Pros:

Absolutely everything. We usually stay at the Dom Pedro Marina but it is closed being renovated, so stayed here this time, and loved it. Was lovely to see some of the staff from the Marina here too. Always love being here at Dom Pedro.
We had the breakfast pack a few days and was very pleasantly surprised how much gorgeous food was in them! And how they were delivered is so cute too.
These apartments are so comfy and have everything you need and more.
We cant wait to visit again!
