La proprietaria molto molto molto maleducata .sono arrivata la mattina verso le 10 solo per chiedere informazioni sul parcheggio, se era possibile lasciare le valigie e mi ha letteralmente mandato via dicendo che dovevo tornare per il check in dalle 14-19 ,ho fatto presente che mi era impossibile arrivare in quella fascia oraria non ha voluto sentire ragioni non mi ha dato la possibilità di arrivare più tardi. Mi ha detto che avrei dovuto prenotare in un Hotel a 4 stelle se avevo particolari richieste. Non contenta mi detto che le stavo facendo perdere tempo .bel modo di trattare i clienti. Volevo comunque dirle cara che la gentilezza non ha stelle. Non sarei ritornata per niente al mondo in quel postaccio. Alla fine ho prenotato davvero in un Hotel a 4 stelle dove siamo stati trattati con estrema gentilezza e avuto ottimi consigli sui posti da visitare e abbiamo così passato una meravigliosa vacanza alla faccia del Lia art hotel che di art non ha proprio niente. Non si può nemmeno definire hotel ma forse un ostello.

Cons:

La proprietaria ha avuto il coraggio di mandare un messaggio dicendo che mi aveva atteso invano fino alle 19 quando le avevo espressamente detto che non potevo arrivare entro quell'ora. Avrei molto altro da dire ma non voglio più perdere tempo. Buona vita

È sempre bello tornare.

stata nella struttura più volte, posizione strategica,.vicino al mare,vicino al centro. Accoglienza piacevole e stanze confortevoli.

Posizione abbastanza comoda e signora delle pulizie molto gentile

Cons:

Bagno senza bidet e water senza tavola( classico water per disabili), doccia con tenda e doccino instabile, niente per appendere l'accappatoio. Stanza con una sola lampada senza luce per i comodini, tapparella rotta e infissi per nulla isolanti( rumori esterni tutta la notte e molto rumore anche all'interno della struttura).
