Ambiance, decor, rooftop pool at sunset
Had minor issue with hot water however the amazing Ana, quickly remedied the situation.

Beds were comfortable and all king size.
Pool table downstairs was fun, and the rooftop pool too.
Access was through huge mud puddles and minimal parking available.
No hot water. Tepid showers at best.
Water pressure was often almost non-existent.
Had to pay if you needed extra t.p.
Kitchen amenities were basic.
Only a “pod” coffee maker and only 6 pods provided. Extras cost ~ $4 cdn each!
Very nice personell, clean and modern apartments
We absolutely loved our stay here. The apartment was beautiful, spotlessly clean, super well equipped and really spacious. The pool area is amazing and we pretty much had it to ourselves. The apartment complex was so serene and Ana, the manager, is super lovely and so knowledgeable on the area, well on everthing actually. All the staff were so friendly and helpful. I loved the area, La Valeta, the main street of which is a short walk away. Full of great cafes, restaurants and lovely bars. It's a very cool area with everything you need and not touristy. Everything in Tulum is easily accessible too either by hiring quads or scooters or using the local taxi app (ask Ana).

The accommodation is perfect for a group of friends. The place was really clean and very comfortable, and we loved the aesthetic of the place. The staff (especially Ana) was also super friendly and helped us a lot when we had questions. The bed was also very big, and it can even fit 3 people, so it's super spacious for 2 people.
The only complaint I have is that the water pressure was slightly lower, but not unbearable.

Ha superato le aspettative, una cura del dettaglio mai vista prima, a qualcuno potrebbe quasi sembrare ossessione ma per chi ne capisce è semplice perfezionismo nel settore dell’ospitalità. Pulizia impeccabile, stanza meravigliosa, servizio eccellente, cordialità dello staff. Questo posto ha tutto!! Parola di viaggiatore! Lo consiglio tantissimo! I loved the room and I think we really got what we paid for, it was a beautiful stay.
I wish that the downstairs bar area was open and the spa was more accessible, I wanted to get a treatment.
Good location when you have a rental car to visit the region, tasteful interior design, quiet during our 10 days stay, great view from the street side on other building rooftops, great design of all shared spaces, clean appartement, well furnished, great rooftop pool, along with the private pool. The manager Ana and the cleaning ladies are helpful and welcoming.
We were lucky to have parking during our low season stay, but there are only two parking spots in front of the building, others are in the streets which are not maintained by the Tulum’s city. There was no breakfast at the time of our stay (August).
Die Loft war schön!
Leider wurde unser Aufenthalt durch eine nachträgliche Abbuchung meiner Kreditkarte getrübt. Einen Tag nach dem Check-out erhielt ich eine WhatsApp-Nachricht, dass eine Espressotasse beschädigt worden sei. Bis zu diesem Zeitpunkt wusste ich nicht einmal, wo diese Tassen standen, was die Situation noch verwirrender machte. Am Tag des Check-outs wurde uns noch bestätigt, dass alles in Ordnung sei. Ohne Vorwarnung wurden mir anschließend 16 € von meiner Kreditkarte abgebucht, sodass ich das Geld nun über meine Kreditkartenfirma zurückfordern muss.
Wirklich schade, aber das scheint wohl eine Masche zu sein.

Fijn appartement met zwembad
Het feit dat zonder toelichting bedragen van onze creditkaart achteraf zijn afgeschreven. Bij navraag betrof het vergoedingen voor extra schoonmaak voor handdoeken en een missende handdoek volgens de manager. We zijn hier zeer over ontstemd. We zijn zeer zorgvuldig met de handdoeken omgegaan. Deze zijn overigens niet verschoond gedurende ons verblijf van 4 dagen. Daarnaast hebben we geen handdoek meegenomen. Het geheel komt zeer onbetrouwbaar over. Deze gang van zaken geeft ons een zeer vervelend gevoel. We hebben dit nog nooit meegemaakt.
