Pros:

The staff, easy to check in/ check out and the location

Great room, but not without issues
Pros:

Nice 1 bedroom apartment. Everything you need for your stay. Great rooftop pool and spa and a very acceptable gym in the basement.
It's in a good location with decent proximity to everything you want in fortitude valley

Cons:

The electronic key app on your phone is hit and miss. Sometimes it works first go, half the time it makes you stand around fiddling with your phone in the elevator trying to get it to work.
Also, while there is "quiet time" between 10pm-7am, the music in the hallway (right outside the room) plays all night and there's no way to turn it off, which was very annoying.
Our room was on the first floor, directly above roadworks which were extremely loud, but that can't be blamed on the hotel.
Also, I can't mark them for staff and I never saw any.

Pros:

Very nice apartment, well stocked with everything you could need. Washer and dryer a big plus! Bed comfortable. Good location. Great rooftop pool and whirlpool.

Pros:

Location was great. Close to heaps of restaurants and cafes. Walking distance to the CBD in the heart of the Fortitude Valley.

Cons:

There was no linen for my sons bed.

Pros:

Parking / easy access (relatively) / roof top. Room size was great and bed was comfortable. Kitchen amenities were good.

Cons:

No hot water in our shower was the worst thing. Tv seemed too complicated to try using but not a major issue for us. The sauna was not working.

Was expecting more.
Pros:

It was super close to the bus and train stations.
Being able to do laundry was a big plus and the kitchen was great.

Cons:

The room could have been cleaner as the fan was coated in dust and the shower floor was dirty. The staff help line did sort this when requested.
The windows were not soundproof so the traffic, childcare centre and construction workers could be heard very clearly.
