Sabina an der Rezeption ist ein Juwel.
Als Gast fühlt man sich sehr wohl und aufgehoben und ihre Hilfsbereitschaft geht weit über das normale Maß hinaus.
Ich bin sehr früh angekommen und die Nachtschicht des Hotels hat die Situation wunderbar geloest. Es gibt nicht genug Sterne für die Arbeit von Sabina und Gayne

I booked a room for 3 adults, we got one really uncomfortable bed, they didn't bring a solution and one of us broke our back, a stone fell on the balcony, good thing it didn't hurt any of us, the room was relatively large, clean and the location was excellent.
Overall, not the best experience from the hotel

Absolutely loved our stay here. Super central location. We could easily walk everywhere. The staff was also incredible. So warm and welcoming. Couldn’t recommend this place enough and hope to be back soon!

Great location and room.
Was a little bit tricky to find, due to sharing building witj other hotels and also looking a bit like a regular apartment complex. But well inside it was great!

The location is excellent — right in the city centre with easy access to all parts of the city. The room is larger than most of the other twin bedrooms we’ve stayed in before. It was clean and well-equipped with all the necessary facilities. Given these conditions, we found the price reasonable and good value for money.

What made our stay even better was the kind staff member, Sabina. Our flight was delayed for a few days, and we encountered some other issues as well. She patiently helped us by calling the airline’s local office and speaking with them on our behalf to resolve the problems.

We had a very good experience staying here and would highly recommend it!

Very clean, bed was very comfortable. Check in was quick and easy and the staff was very helpful.

The hotel is on the 4th floor of an old Tbilisi building but the hotel itself is renovated and fresh. In the summer Tbilisi gets extremely hot and I LOVED the strong AC. We stayed at a different more expensive hotel the day after and the AC could not cool our room at all. Everything was clean, the receptionist Sabina was very kind and welcoming. The rooms were super spacious and the balcony was nice to sit, watch people and enjoy the view. I would stay here again and highly recommend. My only constructive feedback is to have napkins in the room for the guests.

Excelente ubicación. El staff es muy amable. Las habitaciones amplias, cómodas y limpias. Definitivamente lo recomiendo y volvería.

Yer merkezi, her yere yürüyerek kolaylıkla ulaştım. Çalışanlar kibar ve yardımseverdi. Odam gayet temizdi. Otelin genel durumu iyi ve bakımlı görünüyordu. Ancak bina oldukça eski; yukarı çıkarken kullandığım merdivenlerde yapısal çatlaklar dikkatimi çekti. Bu durum, özellikle güvenlik açısından değerlendirilmesi gereken bir konu olabilir.

Genel olarak çok memnun kaldım.

Personel çok ilgili ve yardımseverdi otel temiz merkezi konumda çalışanlar ilgili ve güler yüzlü havaalanına 20 25 dakika mesafede biz otelden memnun kaldık
