Thank you for providing a safe, comfortable stay while in Austin before flying out.
Pros:

Had to leave before breakfast on weekend. The location was near the airport and free shuttle service and 24/7 desk service was a bonus. The room was very clean and the personal greeting on tv screen was a warm welcome.
The staff always were helpful and willing to make the stay comfortable.

Pros:

Clean and comfortable

Cons:

They advertise a 24 hr shuttle service to the airport, I requested that service in the morning to give us enough time during holiday travel to allot for lines ar security. The shuttle was 20 min late getting us. We almost missed our plane. Very disappointed

I alerted your property in advance of my late night check in status. This was prompted by an email from you all. I called on Monday to make sure what the shuttle situation was, given my evening flight. When I landed thursday, I called for the shuttle, was assured it would be 5 minutes, and where to go for pick up. I stood out there for over thirty minutes, alone, at night, SAW THE SHUTTLE SPEED BY ME WITHOUT STOPPING, and was “assured” at every follow up call that it would be five minutes. It wasn’t. I was hung up on, tired, hot, I picked this hotel because of its proximity to the airport, and wow, was better off walking. There was no traffic. The hotel is indeed five minutes away, so idk what was going on and I don’t care. 10 minutes is fine, but 30?! At 11:30pm? Ridiculous! Disappointing. Thx.

Pros:

The breakfast was great; it had all the essentials, but I only used it once due to my early departure. Location was convenient to the airport, and the shuttle service was excellent, along with the friendly front desk personnel
