Warm and friendly stay
Pros:

It was very clean and had a kitchen with amenities. Very beneficial for longer stays. The check-in was easy and contactless. The temperature was easy to adjust and it was very modern with technology. The staff were very friendly and I could tell that they do care about the wellbeing of their guests and they want their guests to have a comfortable stay. It was also pretty quiet. Loved that we could use apps on the TV to watch Netflix when we were settling in for the night.

Cons:

I was not crazy about the location and felt misled about this being a 5-star hotel, as it was an Airbnb. Some parts of the floors were sinking in/uneven, the shower was incredibly small (anyone taller or big in stature would not fit), and the location was a little on the rough side. Although we did not run across any issues with the location. Parking was road side in front of other people’s houses. The two parking spots allotted to the property were never available, day or night. Although we were able to find street parking the whole time. The price was a bit high considering.

Pros:

New Season Royals is clean & friendly. It is a converted home. The staff are not in site. However, the bathroom / shower area is a converted bifold closet area, so it is very small. The area around the property is questionable. There are homes that are abandoned & boarded up along with junked vehicles along the street.

Comfortable stay for a weekend.
Pros:

Very clean, comfortable beds, good AC, relatively easy to find parking nearby. Kitchen was fine and stocked well enough for two nights.

Cons:

Noisy street, extremely tiny bathroom. I got charged last minute for the 3rd person when I booked a 4 person max room. Did not even use a third set of towels and was a little annoyed at this charge as we were not over the capacity of the room and there was a room underneath us that definitely had more than 4. Code sent did not work but host quickly came over and fixed the issue.

Terrible area, great apartment
Pros:

We stayed here for breakaway fest.

The apartment itself was clean and well kept, but the street this is on is in a really bad part of a really bad town of the metro Philly area.

We had a lot of people who could not take their eyes off us everytime we entered / left the apartment / hotel. People were outside blasting music at all parts of the day.

The area was so poor, it was part of our motivation for canceling our trip early and ended up not even staying the second night.

I would not stay here again due to the street this is on. If I had to stay in Chester again, I would get a hotel with a larger parking lot next time so parking & ride sharing felt a bit safer.
