Pros:

As instalações são óptimas, o quarto " gigante" e muito limpo. Bom pequeno-almoço e muitas opções para almoço e lanche. Funcionários muito simpáticos. Por estar inserindo num templo Sinkh, é muito tranquilo e privado, mas tem acesso direto a uma ghat. Sem dúvida um dos melhores hotéis em que ficamos na Índia.

Cons:

Fica um pouco afastado do centro mas, para quem procura tranquilidade, é perfeito. Mas facilmente arranja-se carro ou tuk tuk para o centro.

Enjoyed our stay and would love to revisit.
Pros:

Beautiful location and lovely atmosphere with the Gurudwara and Ganga ghat. Rooms were huge and clean. Friendly staff.

Cons:

Housekeeping staff needs to be better trained. Tea coffee refill, towels and toiletries refill was missing. Also the kitchen should open before 8am as tea coffee at start of the day is essential

Gentili, bella la posizione che consente di accedere al Gange direttamente anche se un po decentrata .

Comfortable and clean with helpful staff
Pros:

Large clean rooms. Very helpful staff. Lovely environment neighbouring a Sikh temple.
Breakfast included.

Cons:

A little awkward to find but with google maps it’s all doable.

Pros:

Polite staff, especially the receptionist Mr. Shankar. Pristine clean rooms located right on the bank of Ganga. Its a former Gurudwara that has started renting out rooms. This gives it a spiritual mood too.

If You Love Peaceful Stay. You Should Definitely Go There.
Pros:

Two things which are best is polite and helpful staff and the cleanliness of the property. Plus points are the view outside the room of ganga river. Host is welcoming and Property is very clean.

Cons:

This place is in kankhal. So usually people came here to drop ashes in the ganga river. If you are ok with it, you can go there without any second thought.

Stay cancelled by Hotel at the last moment
Cons:

The Hotel took Advance booking amount, confirmed receipt of same, confirmed booking and the day before stay cancelled the booking with a note saying "as per your request we are cancelling". Did not receive a refund yet.
Very unprofessional.

Pros:

They have some rift with the Fab group and when we reached they refused to accept our booking and said they have no lodging anymore.It was Guru dwara!!! So peculiar and dubious set up.. Fab group and booking.com.both are responsible for this ordeal. Atleast refund my money. 😡

Cons:

What is there to like when you are left in a limbo upon arrival. Sick!

uncomfertable night of sleep in a unprofessional place
Pros:

Nothing at all,, worst place to stay ,will never stay there again

Cons:

Sewer smell in bathroom was bad, dont know where it was coming from, door key hole was like a peep hole,you could see inside the room from it,and door locks didnt work right,had to play with the keys , i have pictures of everything, no toilet papers, no napkins, dirty pillows , room windows didnt open, front desk didnt answer the calls,not even once,had to go downstars to even ask a qquestion,hot water tank does not produce enough hot water to even finish a shower, wish i could get full refund
