The apartment was exactly as advertised and the hosts were very responsive to emails and questions.
The area around the apartment was lovely with lots of options to eat and shop.
Perfect location, beautiful, upto date apartment. Very clean and cosy.
Walls abit thin and you can hear noises from outside, but an absolutely beautiful place to stay. Thoroughly enjoyed by the whole family
Originally, we booked the apartment in Tkalciceva ulica 82/1. Two hours before check-in we were informed that there was a flood in the apartment. We were then offered another apartment in Petrinjska ulica 79. We were on our way to Zagreb and there was little we could do on such a short notice. The picture that was sent with ‘the condition in the initial apartment’ looked rather dodgy (see attached). The other apartment was in another location, in an old building. There were quite a few damaged items in the apartment - two chairs were broken, the bottom of the sofa bed in the living room was broken, there were scratch marks on the tables and the walls, coat hangers on the wall in the entry were broken, one electricity plug in the entry was hanging from the wall, a side table in the living room was leaning against the wall, otherwise it would fall. The front window blind was stuck, and we had to repair it ourselves. The light in the bathroom was flickering, every time someone took a shower. Overall, the apartment looked old and dirty, and the smell in the apartment was stale. We alerted the company on the state of the apartment upon arrival, but we were told: “Dear, we are very sorry about that. We will inform our city team.” The location of the apartment was good, but the state of the apartment was not acceptable. By far, the worst rental apartment I have ever stayed in. The company didn't offer any compensation.
