Что понравилось: 1. Месторасположение. Других плюсов нет

Но там в районе полно других отелей, получше этой, я потом это заметила, когда уже заехали сюда. Крайне не советую здесь остановиться. На эти деньги можно найти достойную отель или квартиру. Не верьте другим отзывам, так как в основном его написали мужчины, а мужчинам пофиг в основном где остановиться!

Cons:

1. Завтра ждали 30-50 минут каждый день. Приходишь и ждешь пока тебе пожарить яйца, шведского стола нет. В меню только яйцо или каша. Яйца ждете 30 минут, кашу 45 минут нужно ждать. Это очень ужасно. Даже если закажете заранее, им все равно!
2. Обслуживание ноль. Парень не знает русский язык, Английский тоже особо не знает. Девушка русскоязычная хоть. Вода платная, нужно платить. Никто не спрашивает все ли у вас хорошо, нужна ли уборка. Никто ничего не сказал, правила отеля, абсолютно ничего, брали деньги и всё. Сами ходили и выпрашивали, как попрошайки. Если это читает владелец данного отеля, прошу обучайте своих сотрудников как работать с гостями. Элементарно здороваться и попрощаться
3. Я за несколько дней бронировала номер, и за 3 часа тоже написала, что уже в Баку, ждем трансфер. Сказали окей, нас были трое. Приходим, в номере не было воды, было очень холодно, и принадлежности только на 2 персоны было. Они вообще не готовились к нашим у приходу. Зачем ресепшионист вам, если они не работают? Чтобы просто брать оплаты? Мы можем и онлайн оплатить, если надо будет!!!
4. В номере не особо чисто. Полотенце грязные, с пятнами красными, и рядом холодильник куча мусора лежало. В шкафах пыльно было!

موقع الفندق قريب من المناطق السياحية لاكن ممنوع من الحكوم ان السيارة توقف قريب من الفندق لانه على طريق مسار الباصات

الفندق في الدور الثالث ولا يوجد مصعد وما فيه موظفين يطلعون لك الاغراض موظف الاستقبال نزل وطلع معي شنطه والباقي قالي انت تطلعها ما اقدر اساعدك

Great location and great staff
Pros:

From the desk to the kitchen everything was perfect... The service of Ellina, Avben. Farida and Nahid are excellent... rooms are neat and clean and spacious. I specially thanks to receptionist Ellina for their great service. she is so kind and always ready for help.

Great value for money and the central location
Pros:

The central location is a big plus, metro Sahil and even 28. May with airport bus station is in walking distance, same as the promenade along Caspian Sea and the Old City of Baku. Room has economic size and all you need as budget traveller. Staff is a big plus, friendly, helpful and efficient. Thank you very much for the nice stay.
