Very good
Pros:

great location, tons of foods, good price, new facilities, all great

Cons:

I stayed for 2 nights and both nights I woke up around 6 due to noises such as knocking and phone alarm from the next door, also bell rang for a full 3 minutes for the next door but sounded very clear like it's my own door. I woke up angrily and couldn't get back to sleep.
